に上昇していく。 一方、加湿室6内には、ファン5より外部のエアが供給
されるため、加湿エアの湿度は適宜に調整され、ファン
5の風圧により、ダクト7を経て搬送空間9内に、湿度
が調整された加湿エアか流入される。 このため、作業室の湿度は所定に保たれでいるにもかか
わらず、搬送空間9内の湿度、即ち、搬送物品周辺の湿
度のみ局部的に上昇せしめられる。よって、静電気の発
生が防止され、搬送物品同士が付着することがない。し
たがって、搬送物品は1個ずつシュート16より落下供
給され、供給機8の供給スピードか所定の速度に維持せ
しめられるのである。 しかも、搬送空間9内に流入される加湿エアは、ファン
5により外部のエアが適宜に流入せしめられ、飽和状態
とはならないため、露結か防l卜される。これにより、
搬送物品が金属製であっても発錆か防止されるため、電
子部品、精密機器等にも適用可能なのである。 加湿室6の加湿エアの湿度は、図示しない湿度計で搬送
空間9の湿度を測り、この結果に基すき、適宜にファン
5の風量及び風圧を調節することにより、調節されてい
る。 本発明にかかる静電気発生防止用加湿機は上記実施例に
限定されるものではない。 例えば第2図に示すような構成としてもよい。 即ち、下方に気泡発生体4が設置され、E部に加湿室6
が形成された水槽3は、エアフィルタ17を介して、ホ
ース7aにより、エア噴出体18に連結される。該エア
噴出体18にはシュート16にエアを供給するためノズ
ル18aが設けである。この場合はシュー[6内の空間
が搬送空間9となっている。 この場合、エアフィルタ17を通して加湿エアを供給す
るため、このエアフィルタ17にてエア中の露結した水
分を除去することができるから、搬送物品の発錆が防止
される。 この実施例の場合は、エアポンプ11の送気J干が犬の
場合に適用される。 尚、図中、第1図実施例と同様の機能を有する部分は便
宜上同一符号を付しである。 【発明の効果] このように、本発明にかかる静電気の発生防止方法及び
