[Prior Art] FIG. 5 is an external view of an electromagnetic relay, in which a coil 2 is wound around a coil bobbin 1, and a coil terminal 3 for supplying electric power to the coil 2.
4 is provided. These coil terminals 3 and 4 have an elongated rod-like shape as shown in FIG. 6, and have a cutout 5 on one end on which the winding wire for forming the coil 2 is wound, and on the other end as shown in FIG. As shown, an external lead terminal 7 is formed which is led out through the coil bobbin 1 and the contact block 6 when the electromagnetic relay is assembled. By the way, when such coil terminals 3 and 4 are used, the coil terminals 3 and 4 are inserted into the coil bobbin 1, and then the winding wire is wound around the notch 5 and fixed with solder or the like. Then, the wire is guided to the winding coil bobbin 1 and wound around the coil bobbin 1.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Therefore, the distance between the windings to be passed from the chipped portion 5 to the coil bobbin 1 becomes long, and the windings are also directly passed. For this reason, during the assembly work of the electromagnetic relay or during use by the user after it has been incorporated into the product, the winding may be strained and broken, or the wire may be rubbed against the coil bobbin 1 etc. due to vibration and broken. There are many things. In addition, since the chipped portion 5 is located close to the coil bobbin 1, the coating film of the winding melts during soldering, so the diameter of the winding becomes smaller by this amount, and stress from tension and vibration is directly applied to the chipped portion 5. is added, making wire breakage more likely. Furthermore, as relays have become smaller and have lower power consumption in recent years, the diameter of the wire has tended to become smaller, and the number of turns around the coil bobbin 1 can be increased, increasing the driving force of the electromagnetic relay. The smaller the wire, the more likely it will break.
Furthermore, the position of the winding wire passed from the chipped part 5 to the coil bobbin 1 varies, making the coil winding work uneven, and the winding tends to have a large tension between the chipped part 5 and the coil 2, which causes external force to be applied. It may break when it is stretched and distorted.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a coil terminal for an electromagnetic relay that is provided with a coil bobbin and is used to connect a coil wound around the coil bobbin to the outside. a first notch for winding and fixing a winding with a small target diameter; and a winding wound around the first notch at a position closer to the coil bobbin than the formation position of the first notch. Subsequently, a first winding end portion is formed with a second cutout portion to be wound, and a third cutout portion is formed at approximately the same height as the second cutout portion when viewed from the coil bobbin. This is a coil terminal of an electromagnetic relay that attempts to achieve the above object by integrally forming a notch and a second winding end that relays the winding between the coil.

FIG. 1 is a perspective configuration diagram of a coil of an electromagnetic relay. This coil terminal includes a first notch 10 for winding and fixing the winding, and a first notch 10 for winding and fixing the winding.
A first winding end where a second notch 11 is formed on which the winding wire wound around the first notch 10 is subsequently wound at a position on the coil bobbin side {in the direction of arrow A} from the position where the notch 10 is formed. 12 and a third notch 13 for winding the winding wire at approximately the same height as the second notch 11 when viewed from the coil bobbin side, and relaying the winding between the second notch 11 and the coil. The second winding end portion 14 is integrally formed. and,
An external lead-out terminal 16 extends toward the coil bobbin from a joint 15 between the first winding end 12 and the second winding end 14, and the joint 15 and the external lead-out terminal 16 are connected to the coil bobbin 1. Protrusions 17 and 18 are formed for stopping. Further, the external lead-out terminal 16 has a protrusion 1 that engages with the contact forming block body 6.
9 is formed.

This coil terminal is an external view when it is inserted into each terminal through hole 20, 21 of coil bobbin 1 as shown in FIG. ,
It is locked in a locking part (not shown) formed in the terminal 21 and becomes difficult to come out from the terminal through-holes 20 and 21. In this state, the winding work of the winding wire 20 is performed. First of all,
The beginning of winding will be explained with reference to FIG.
The winding 20 is wound around the first notch 10 and then around the second notch 11. Incidentally, the winding around each of the notches 10 and 11 is performed so as to be unwound about once. Then, the winding 20 is passed from the second notch 11 to the third notch 13 and then to the recess of the winding coil bobbin 1. By the way, the winding 20 between the second notch 11 and the third notch 13 and between the third notch 13 and the coil bobbin 1
is wired with a small tension, that is, loosely wired. Then, the winding 20 is placed in the first notch 10.
are soldered and fixed. Note that this soldering may be performed at the time when the winding around the first notch 10 is completed. After that, the winding is wound around the coil bobbin 1.

Next, when winding around the coil bobbin 1 is completed, the winding 20 is wound around the third notch 13 of the coil terminal inserted into the terminal through hole 21. Then, the winding wire is wound with a small tension from the third notch 13, passed across the second notch 11, and further passed to the first notch 10 and wound. Thus, the first notch 10 is soldered and fixed.

In this way, in the above embodiment, the first winding end 12 having the first notch 10 and the second notch 11 for fixation and the second winding end 14 to which the winding 20 is relayed are connected. Therefore, the winding 20 is supported at short intervals, and the resonance point for vibration becomes high, making wire breakage due to vibration less likely to occur. or,
Since the winding 20 is passed through the second and third notches 11 and 13 close to the coil bobbin 1 side, it is less likely to get caught, and the protrusion of the second winding end 13 also prevents the first winding end 12 from connecting with the coil bobbin 1. Since it becomes difficult for objects to enter between the wires, breakage of the winding 20 can be prevented. Furthermore, even if the diameter of the winding 20 is reduced by soldering, the wire will not break because vibrations are not transmitted to this portion. Further, since the winding 20 is loosely wired, it will not be cut by external force.
