固定ねじ挿通孔とを有しポールと取付基体との間
隙に挿入できる回転止め具を、取付基体の下方か
らポールと取付基体との間隙に挿入して回転止め
具のセツトボルト通し溝にセツトボルトを位置さ
せ、固定ねじを回転止め具の固定ねじ挿通孔に挿
通してポールの固定ねじ孔に螺合してポールに取
