図においては、1は搬送ベルト、2はテンシヨ
ンローラ、3はローラシヤフト、4はサクシヨン
チヤンバ、5はサクシヨンブロア、6はエアホー
ス、7はフラツシユランプハウス、8はフラツシ
ユランプ、9は用紙、10はサクシヨンエア流、
11はモータ、12は駆動ベルト、13はタイミ
ングプーリ、14は繊維芯体部、15はゴム質部
である。

Claims (1)
速度で送る一定間隔で開けられた複数個の穴を表
面に有する搬送ベルトと、搬送ベルトを駆動する
ローラシヤフトと、ローラシヤフトを駆動するモ
ータと、搬送ベルト下面に接触し搬送ベルトに開
けられた穴を通して用紙を吸引しベルトに吸着す
るためのサクシヨン圧力を加えるサクシヨンチヤ
ンバとサクシヨンブロアを配設したフラツシユ定
着装置において、 サクシヨンチヤンバの表面と搬送ベルトの接触
面の少なくとも一方を低摩擦部材で形成したこと
を特徴とするフラツシユ定着装置。 2 フラツシユランプから受ける熱エネルギーに
耐える耐熱ゴムと繊維芯体とからなる前記搬送ベ
ルトの断面形状を、用紙と接触する表面側はゴム
層厚を厚くし、裏側のサクシヨンチヤンバと接触
する側はゴム層厚を薄くすることにより、ベルト
裏面側の繊維芯体の一部を露出させる構造とした
ことを特徴とする搬送ベルトを有する請求項1記
載のフラツシユ定着装置。 3 サクシヨンチヤンバの表面をテフロンコーテ
ングして、サクシヨンチヤンバの摩擦係数を小さ
くしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフラツシ
