Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a light illumination within a refrigerator even if a large number of high foods are stored on a tray by a method wherein an illuminating means is placed near an opening or closing door at a ceiling of a freezing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A lamp 22 is mounted within a front part of a cooling air duct and near a freezing chamber door 3. A lamp case 23 is disposed at an inner box at an upper part of a refrigerator 1. A lamp cover 24 is made of milky-colored resin covering the lamp 22. The lamp cover 24 is fixed to a front end of the cold air duct 1, has a shape in which a convex disc is projected. A plurality of slits 24a are opened at a rear surface of the disk part of the lamp cover 24. As the lamp 22 is turned on, day-light color or white color light passes through the lamp cover 24 to illuminate the inside part of the refrigerator. The lamp cover 24 effectively disperses light. The lamp cover 24 is placed at a central and user's side on the cold air duct 21, so that even if there are a large number of foods in the refrigerator, the lamp cover 24 illuminates the user's side. Slits 24a release hot air when the lamp 22 shows an increased temperature and then the slits 24n can prevent a thermal deformation of the parts.

A portion of the cold air is guided into the cold air duct 21. At this time,
The locking part 29 between the cold air duct and the fan guard 16 is locked so that the rear part of the cold air duct is in contact with the upper part of the fan guard, so the contact part functions as a cold air seal and the inside of the fan guard 16 is locked. A part of the cold air is guided into the cold air duct 21 without waste. The cold air guided into the cold air duct 21 is blown out into the freezing chamber from the duct discharge ports 21a and 21b. In particular, the cold air duct 2 located on the ceiling inside the freezer compartment 2
From the duct outlet openings 21a, which are opened in large numbers on both sides of the lower surface of the fan guard 1, cold air descends toward the tray 19 and becomes like a shower of cold air.

The lamp cover 24 has a disc shape with a convex curved surface and protrudes into the interior of the refrigerator, so that light is effectively diffused. In addition, since the lamp cover 24 is located at the front side of the center of the cold air duct 21, the front side is brightly illuminated even if there is a lot of food in the refrigerator, and it is bright and convenient when opening the freezer door to take out items. It is. It is especially convenient to use at night when the area around the refrigerator is dark.

A lamp cover slit 24a for heat dissipation is provided on the rear surface of the convex disk portion of the lamp cover 24, but since it is opened at the sloped portion of the rear surface of the cover, the opening is not noticeable from the front of the refrigerator, and is visually unsightly. It's not unsightly.

(1) For example, when displaying a refrigerator at a store, there are times when the lamp is turned on without cooling operation.
If the lamp 22 is left open for a long period of time and the temperature of the lamp 22 rises, hot air can be released to prevent thermal deformation of the parts.

(2) When actually using the refrigerator, even if the door is left open for a long time and the temperature rises in the lamp part, if the door is closed, the cold air duct 21
Since the cool air guided by the lamp directly hits the lamp, it is immediately cooled and returns to the internal temperature.

(3) Even if dew condenses on the lamp cover 24 during opening and closing of the freezer compartment door 3 and drips onto the convex end of the lamp cover and becomes frost, it will not sublimate by emitting cold air from the lamp cover slit 24a. frost can be eliminated.

In addition, since the rear part of the cold air duct 21 is attached to the upper part of the fan guard 16, no mounting tools are required at the rear of the cold air duct, and it can be easily installed by simply tightening the screws at the front of the cold air duct. According to this embodiment, in addition to improving the temperature inside the refrigerator due to cold air falling from the cold air duct 21 on the ceiling of the freezer compartment, the lighting effect of the lamp provided on the ceiling near the freezer compartment door 3 improves the temperature inside the freezer compartment door. When opened, the interior is bright and easy to use, and the visual effect of making food look lively and fresh is also exceptional.

In this case, if the cold air duct 21 comes into contact with humid outside air when the door is opened, dew condensation or frost formation may occur. Therefore, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the portion of the cold air duct 21A other than the duct outlet is surrounded by a heat insulating material, and the cold air passage is formed by a recessed portion of the heat insulating material.

According to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the same effects as those of the previous embodiment can be achieved, and the cold air duct body 21A is filled with the cold air duct heat insulating material 26.
There is an effect unique to this embodiment of preventing dew condensation (2) from frosting (6).
Since cold air can be sent to the lamp cover 24, condensation can occur on the lamp cover 24.
