側当金11との間に介在せるカラー12の夫々を
腕軸8に嵌合し、この腕軸8の他端(図面におい
て左端)にばね座金13を介し締付ナツト14,
15を締着して前記地上子1を軌条16の一定位
置に保持している。しかしてかかる構成において
締付ナツト14,15の腕軸8への締着後、長期
に亘る腕軸8の使用により締付ナツト14,15
と腕軸8に刻設したネジ部9との双方が錆びつ
き、締付ナツト14,15のスパナ等の工具によ
る弛緩に際し腕軸8を一定位置に把持することが
できないので、これらの作業に極めて難渋もしく
は事実上、不可能な状態となり、特に弛緩不可能
な場合にあつては、摩耗等による軌条の交換もし
くは前記地上子の取付金具の再使用は不可能とな
り、これら全ての部材の廃棄を余儀なくされるた
め、資材面から極めて不経済であり、利用者にと
つては無駄な出費ともなる欠点を有している。

能に支障を招来する惧れもない等の実益を有する
