ボン受け入れ通路を経てケース内部を一巡する無
終端のインクリボンと、リボン収納部にインクリ
ボンを挾持して走行させる走行機構とを備えたイ
ンクリボンカセツトにおいて、前記走行機構が駆
動源に連結した駆動ギアおよび変位可能な支持部
材に支持された従動ギアを有し、支持部材の背面
側に、一端がケースに係止しもう一端が支持部材
に当接して従動ギアを駆動ギア側に押圧するばね
が配置され、前記支持部材と、支持部材がばねの
反押圧方向に変位した際に当接するストツパとの
距離は、インクリボンを挟んで駆動ギアに噛合し
た従動ギアの回転中心と、駆動ギアに対する噛み
込み限界位置にある従動ギアの回転中心との距離
よりも小さいことを特徴とするインクリボンカセ
