Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrict the generation of static electricity to suppress the reference voltage of electric static charge below + or -5OV by fitting a ring-shaped metallic pad having a projected shape onto a flexible rubber pad with a gap between them so that the contact surface of an electronic part does not directly come into contact with the rubber pad. CONSTITUTION:A metallic pad 1 is fitted onto an electrically conductive nitrile rubber pad 2 and fixed with a pad-metallic fitting 3. The metallic pad 1 is fitted onto the conductive nitrile rubber pad 2 so that it does not come into contact with an electronic part 4. Since the metallic pad 1 is fitted on the flexible conductive nitrile rubber pad 2, the suction of the electronic part 4 is possible even when it is somewaht tilted.

Conventionally, electronic components were charged by adding carbon to the material of the nitrile or silicon rubber pad that attracts electronic components, or by installing an external static eliminator in the area where electronic components are attracted and spraying ions. This prevented the generation of static electricity.

The above conventional technology prevents the generation of static electricity that charges electronic components by incorporating carbon into the material of the nitrile/silicon rubber pad, but depending on the usage conditions of the pad, etc., it satisfies the charge voltage standard for electronic components of ±50V or less. The problem was that I couldn't do it.

An object of the present invention is to satisfy the charging voltage standard for electronic components of ±50V or less.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention fits a ring-shaped metal pad into a rubber bat so that the metal pad makes contact with electronic components to suppress the generation of static electricity and maintain the flexibility of the rubber pad. I did it like that.

Static electricity charging of electronic components occurs due to friction and peeling caused by the adsorption/separation of rubber pads. Conventionally, rubber pads have been made to contain carbon to increase conductivity and hardness, but due to usage conditions, etc., it has not been possible to satisfy the charging voltage standard of ±50 V or less for electronic components.

As described above, since the conductivity and hardness of the pad are related to the charging voltage of the electronic component, a metal that satisfies both the conductivity and hardness of the pad was formed into a ring shape and fitted into the conventional carbon-containing rubber pad. As a result, since the contact with the electronic component is a metal surface, the electrostatic charge voltage becomes ±50V or less. In addition, when used in combination with a rubber pad, the inclination between the pad and the electronic component can be corrected for suction operation.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. Conventional suction pads are made of nitrile, as shown in Figure 1.
It is composed only of a silicone rubber pad 2. Depending on usage conditions, there are problems with static electricity generation and short life due to high temperature contact.

The suction pad of the present invention is shown in FIG. The metal pad 1 is fitted into a conductive nitrile rubber pad 2 and fixed with a pad metal fitting 3. Further, the fitted state of the metal pad 1 is such that the conductive nitrile rubber pad 2 does not come into contact with the electronic component 4 (gap 5). Further, since the metal pad 1 is fitted into the flexible conductive nitrile rubber pad 2, it is possible to attract the electronic component 4 even if it is slightly tilted. Furthermore, since the conductive nitrile rubber pad 2 does not come into direct contact with the electronic component 4 for high temperature measurement due to the metal pad 1, use at high temperatures is also possible.
