[Industrial field of application] This invention uses a trough-shaped belt conveying section.
This invention relates to a conveyor belt used in a so-called trough conveyor. [Prior art] Conventionally, resin conveyor belts used for indoor light conveyors have been made by reducing the number of laminated sheets of core canvas or by using thin canvas to reduce the belt thickness and reduce the weight of the belt. Because of this, monofilament yarn is used for the weft of the core canvas to increase the lateral rigidity of the belt. The reason for increasing this lateral rigidity is that if the lateral rigidity is small, when the belt is wrapped around a crowned pulley used for ordinary flat belts,
This is because the crown effect causes vertical wrinkles and vertical folds in the longitudinal direction of the belt. Furthermore, as conveyor belts used for indoor light transport conveyors, there are belts made only of spun yarn. [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, when the above-mentioned belt using monofilament yarn as the weft is used as a trough conveyor, when the weight of the conveyed object is light, the lateral rigidity of the belt is too large, and the belt Since the belt itself does not form a trough shape, there is a problem that the conveyed object may fall off the belt and cannot convey a certain amount of volume, and the reality is that there is no belt suitable for handling lightweight objects such as powder. . Furthermore, although a belt made only of the above-mentioned multifilament yarn has the advantage of having low lateral rigidity and being prone to forming a trough, vertical wrinkles may occur in the belt when it is wound around a pulley that has been subjected to a normal crowning process. The problem is that it is easy. [Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, this invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional conveyor belt, and its structure is such that the warp is a multifilament yarn and the weft is a monofilament yarn. A canvas made of the above is used as the intermediate core of the belt, and a canvas made of spun yarns for both the warp and the weft is used as the core on the back side of the belt, and these are laminated. [Function] As a result of implementing the above measures, the conveyor belt of this invention has an appropriate lateral rigidity, comes close to the trough angle of the belt support plate, and can be wrapped around a pulley with a general crown processing. Also, vertical wrinkles no longer occur in the longitudinal direction of the belt. [Example] Hereinafter, the configuration of this invention will be explained with reference to the drawings showing one example. FIG. 1 is an enlarged view showing the conveyor belt 1 of this invention, in which the warp is a multifilament yarn 2,
A canvas whose weft yarns are made of monofilament yarn 3 is used as the belt intermediate body, and a canvas whose warp and weft yarns are both spun yarns 4 is used as the back side body of the belt, and these two canvas fabrics are laminated with a resin cover 5 interposed therebetween. . FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing the usage state of the conveyor belt 1 of this invention, in which the conveyor belt 1 is wound between a drive pulley 7 and a tail pulley (not shown) with an appropriate auxiliary pulley 6 interposed teeth,
The trough is formed into an appropriate trough angle by the trough support plate 8, and is used for conveying lightweight materials such as powder. As the material of the multifilament yarn 2 and the monofilament yarn 3, polyester yarn or polyamide yarn, etc. are used, and as the material of the spun yarn 4, polyester yarn, rayon yarn, etc. are used, but these are not necessarily used. It is not limited to. Also, the thickness of the thread used for these,
500D to 2000D for multifilament yarn, φ0.2 to φ0.3 for monofilament yarn, and φ0.2 to φ0.3 for spun yarn.
A range of 10 s to 30 s can be used. As the material of the resin cover 5, thermoplastic polyurethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, polyester resin, synthetic rubber, etc. are used, but the material is not necessarily limited to these. Also, the resin cover 5
It is best to use one with a hardness in the range of 50Hs to 98Hs. In this example, polyester multifilament yarn 1000D, polyester monofilament yarn φ0.25, and polyester spun yarn 10 s were used.
Polyurethane 83Hs was used as the resin cover 5. As a result of comparing the conveyor belt of this invention constructed as described above with a conventional belt, as shown in Table 1, the conveyor belt of this invention has a moderate amount of deflection in the belt lateral direction, and It is now possible to use pulleys with a certain high crown height.

The conveyor belt according to this invention is constructed as described above, and has appropriate lateral rigidity and comes into close contact with the trough angle of the support plate, so even when the weight of the conveyed object is light, the belt With a moderate amount of deflection, it is possible to convey a certain amount of volume, making it extremely suitable for use as a trough conveyor. Furthermore, since this invention uses a canvas made of spun yarn on the surface that slides on the trough support plate, it also has the effect of reducing the sliding resistance noise generated.
