搭乗台を水平に維持する弾性体と、 前記搭乗台底部の周縁に環状の内方向又は外方
向に回転可能にかつその環状の径方向が水平に取
付けられ、前記搭乗台の水平状態で接地面より浮
上する断面円形の弾性材料からなる駆動用環状体
