- 多層プリント基板の一つの層に高周波発振回路
パターンが設けられ、且つ少なくとも当該層と隣
接する他の層に於ける配線パターンが当該高周波
発振回路パターン形成部分の少なくとも一部と重
複しない様に形成配置されている事を特徴とする
多層プリント基板の高周波発振回路。
