れた複数種類、複数形状のパツキング材とを台紙
に取付けてなる靴の中敷セツトであり、上記台紙
の一部に描かれた凹部付き中敷の図形の周囲に上
記複数種類、複数形状のパツキング材が凹部付き
中敷に対する取付け位置別に、かつ上記図形にお
ける取付け位置の付近に固定されていることを特
