(Problems to be solved by the invention) With conventional wall covering materials of this type, it takes time and effort to replace the material on site, and there are problems with flame retardancy, reverberation of sound reflections, surface condensation, and electromagnetic shielding. It was extremely incomplete in many respects and had many problems.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention solves these problems and has excellent flame retardancy and rust prevention, as well as a decorative effect. , on the surface of the metal foil with a thickness of 20 to 50 μm,
A synthetic resin adhesive such as complex acid vinyl is applied, and a group of short flame-retardant fibers is implanted by electrostatic deposition, and strong non-combustible paper or flame-retardant paper is coated on the back side of the metal foil with complex acid vinyl, etc. It is attached using a thin synthetic resin adhesive, and is further embossed to match the appearance, pattern, depth, etc. of the surface.

(Function) Therefore, it is difficult to burn and the flame does not spread even if it ignites, it has a sound absorption effect and does not reflect the sound inside the room and does not produce reverberation, and there is no surface condensation. It has a rust-preventing effect and an electromagnetic wave shielding effect, and the embossed structure makes folds and wrinkles less noticeable, so it can be applied directly from a roll at the construction site. Therefore, it can be freely and easily cut to suit the size and appearance of the site.

A synthetic resin adhesive 2 made of complex acid vinyl is applied to the surface of a metal foil 1 with a thickness of 50 μm, and on top of that,
A group of short flame-retardant fibers 3 is attached by electrostatic deposition 4 with the metal foil side set as a negative side, and a tough non-flammable paper or flame-retardant paper 5 containing aluminum hydroxide or the like is further applied to the back side of the metal foil body. It is formed by adhering with a thin synthetic resin adhesive 6 made of complex acid vinyl, vinyl chloride emulsion, or copolymer of acrylic and vinyl chloride, etc., and the surface appearance, pattern, depth, etc. of this metal foil paper body are It is embossed to make it unaffected by folds and wrinkles, and if necessary, a transparent plastic film is covered on the top surface on which the short fiber group 3 is implanted, or coated with a synthetic resin liquid. In some cases.

(Effects of the Invention) Therefore, the surface has a decorative effect due to changes in patterns and colors due to flocking, and even though the metal foil is used as a base material, there is a rust-preventing effect. Furthermore, at construction sites, since the embossing process is applied as mentioned above, it is possible to easily cut out the desired size and shape from a roll and paste it on the walls of buildings or other surfaces without worrying about bending or wrinkles. This means that it can be easily installed and installed.
When used by pasting it on a wall, etc., it is difficult to burn and does not spread flame even if ignited, has a sound-absorbing effect, does not reflect indoor sounds, does not produce reverberation, and does not cause surface condensation. Furthermore, the present invention is mainly used as a wall covering material that is spread on a wall surface, but if necessary, it can be applied to a ceiling surface or floor. surfaces, fitting surfaces, ships, structures,
It has a very wide range of uses as an interior material and decorative material for automobiles and various other vehicles.
