Abstract

PURPOSE:To hava a light weight as well as to facilitate operation at a construction site by forming it after installing a synthetic fiber fabric in a mid part of plates of a spraying material made up of mixing aggregate in synthetic resins as a core. CONSTITUTION:A spraying material 2 or a mixture with aggregate of the communicate of resin (acryl emulsion) and natural stone, etc., is coated on an underlay 4 of a polyethylene film, a victoria lawn (using an acrylic fiber) fabric 3 is placed on this spraying material 2, holding down it with a roller. Next, the spraying material 2 is sprayed and finally the underlay 4 is removed and a building surface finishing sheet 1 is completed. With this constitution, such a sheet that is lighter in weight, excellent in waterproof and ease of field work is securable.

This method is used to shorten the construction period by performing the work at the factory as much as possible, since the conventional method of applying spray material on site (coating film waterproofing) takes a long time. It goes without saying that the longer the on-site construction period, the longer the period during which businesses using the building will be suspended, resulting in a significant economic disadvantage.

Furthermore, when spraying on-site, since it is done by hand, the finish is greatly affected by differences in individual skills, and uneven coating is likely to occur. Furthermore, it is difficult to maintain a constant thickness in order to ensure predetermined performance.

For the various reasons mentioned above, it is preferable to use a method in which tiles are pasted, or a method in which a plate-like object such as a panel is manufactured in advance at a factory and then pasted on site.

Conventionally, such panel-like products include concrete panels and various boards with spraying material applied to the surface. This is done by applying spraying material to these panels at the factory to give them a beautifying effect and also to make them waterproof.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since concrete panels and various types of boards coated with spray material are heavy, there is a risk of a serious accident if they fall.

Furthermore, in order to prevent the device from falling, it is necessary to use an adhesive with extremely high adhesive strength, which inevitably results in high costs. Also, if metal fittings are used for installation, special measures must be taken for the frame and the board for installation.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In view of these points, the inventor of the present invention has finally completed the present invention as a result of intensive research. The point is that a synthetic fiber fabric is provided as a core material in the middle of a plate-like material made of sprayed material mixed with.

The building surface referred to here is used as a concept that includes not only the inner and outer walls of general buildings, but also pillars, ceilings, etc. Further, in some cases, after the sheet of the present invention is applied, a top coat may be further applied thereon, but even in that case, it is assumed that the sheet of the present invention finishes the surface of the building.

The spray material may be a spray material for walls of buildings that is currently commonly used, and is a mixture of resin and aggregate. The resin used here is generally an acrylic emulsion, but it also meets other conditions required for exterior sheet materials, such as flexibility, weather resistance, adhesion, alkali resistance, and water absorption resistance. Any resin that satisfies the requirements (for example, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, urethane, etc.) may be used. The aggregate is a crushed product of natural stone or artificial ceramic, and has a size of about 0.01 to 2.0 mm. This aggregate may be colored in various ways, and in that case, the appearance after spraying can be made to resemble natural stone, resulting in a beautiful product with high commercial value.

Although this spraying material contains a synthetic resin fabric described below as a core material, the material of the spraying material on both sides separated by this core material does not necessarily have to be the same. That is, the aggregate only on the exposed side may be colored.

The synthetic resin woven fabric is one woven from synthetic resin, in this case acrylic, polyester, etc., which have no or almost no water absorbency. Here, it is preferable to use something that is woven as coarsely as gauze or more coarsely. For example, acrylic cheesecloth is particularly suitable. Cheesecloth is originally a type of cotton or linen fabric, also known as Victoria Lawn, and refers to an extremely thin plain weave fabric that is coarsely woven, usually using single yarns (rarely double yarns). The synthetic resin fabric used in the sheet of the present invention is
Although no natural fibers are actually used, this term shall be defined without regard to this point. The reason why natural fibers and inorganic fibers are not used in the sheet of the present invention is that natural fibers have high water absorption and inorganic fibers lack flexibility.

The sheet of the present invention may be top coated with a synthetic resin. This is to provide waterproof function. Of course, this may be done on site after the sheet is pasted. As the top coat resin, ordinary ones such as acrylic silicone and acrylic urethane may be used.

1) Spray material made of synthetic resin mixed with aggregate is made into a sheet before solidifying. (To make it into a sheet, for example, use a flat polyethylene film as a base and place the spray material on it.) Next, apply synthetic resin to the entire surface of the sheet-shaped spray material. Place textiles (such as cheesecloth). (To improve bonding properties, it is preferable to press with a roller or the like.) ■Furthermore, cover it with the same spray material as before.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a building surface finishing sheet 1 according to the present invention. The sheet 1 for finishing the surface of a building is made of spray material 2 with a decorative finish on its surface side, and has a fabric 3 made of cold sand inside. This spraying material 2 is made of an aqueous acrylic resin emulsion as a raw material and contains aggregates, additives, stabilizers, etc., and has a sandstone-like or tile-like texture in appearance.

However, the spray material may be applied again to the side that is in contact with the underlayment 4. This is to give the surface of the sheet of the present invention a spray finish. In this case, the front and back sides are reversed from the above-mentioned example in which there is only one woven fabric. Of course, the surface peeled off from the underlay 4 may be used as the front surface of the sheet (in this case, there is no need to spray the back surface again).
