Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability of floor plates by inserting through a shear anchor metallic material in the attaching hole for the upper frame of a wall body and a head tie from an upper joining joint part, supporting a joint reinforcement by a supporting metallic material attached to the anchor metallic material, and filling up mortar in the joint. CONSTITUTION:A structure such as a downstair wall body 1 is formed on a foundation,a nd each light-weight cellular concrete floor plate 5 is laid between the wall bodies or floor beams. A attaching hole 17 is previously formed at the position of a wall core between the upper frame 2 of the wall body 1 and a head tie 3, and a shear anchor metallic material 6 is dropped from an upper joining joint 18 into the attaching hole 17, and tightly fastened by a nut 8 to a washer 19 at the position of the lower face of the upper frame 2 and fixed. A joint reinforcement 14 is fitted in the fitting part of a reinforcement supporting metallic material 11 supported by a bolt 6, and mortar 20 is filled up in the joint 18 and hardened. The upper part of the metallic material 6 is inserted through in the attaching hole 23 of the lower frame 22 of an upper wall body 21, and tightly connected using the washer 19 and the nut 8.

Therefore, structurally, for example, in response to wind pressure as a horizontal force, the out-of-plane bending force applied to the outer wall and roof is effectively transmitted to the load-bearing wall by the upper floor, roof, or roof beam as a horizontal structural surface. The load-bearing wall copes with this by resisting.

In order to achieve the specified in-plane rigidity, considerable care is required in terms of structural design and construction. For example, when joining floor joists and floor joists, a specified number or more of them must be used to integrate the two. There was a problem in that the work was complicated because it required nail driving work, etc.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, the joints between the lightweight aerated concrete floor plate and the walls or beams serving as the structural frame need to be tightened on-site by filling with mortar after predetermined reinforcement has been arranged. However, in the past, this reinforcement work involved placing spacers under the reinforcing bars or connecting the reinforcing bars with binding wires.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the main structures of the roof, walls, and beams are made of wood materials, and the floor plate as a horizontal structure is made of lightweight aerated concrete. In this building, a sheer anchor hardware is arranged at the joint between the cellular concrete floor plates, and the shear anchor hardware has a predetermined number of nuts screwed under the elongated bolt body. A locking washer is fixed to the middle part of the bolt body, and a pair of reinforcing bar supporting members are attached to the bolt body at a predetermined distance from the washer. The reinforcing bar support members are arranged at predetermined intervals at intervals, and the reinforcing bar support member is rotatably engaged with the bolt body and has a fitting part capable of supporting the joint reinforcing bars at a position offset from the bolt body by a predetermined dimension. The sheer anchor hardware is inserted into a through hole formed in a wall or floor beam of the floor through the intervening member, and is locked at the washer position, and then It is fixed to the beam with the nut, and the reinforcing bar at the joint is supported by the reinforcing bar support member, and the joining joint is filled with mortar and hardened, and the upper part of the bolt body that protrudes from the filled mortar to It is characterized in that it is fixed to the wall with the nut.

In addition, since the floor of the first floor is formed of the lightweight cellular concrete floor plate 5, and each of the 5-phase light/heat cellular concrete floor slab IL is firmly integrated, it is not required for the horizontal structure structurally. It has enough in-plane rigidity to not only support and transmit vertical loads, but also effectively transmit horizontal forces to predetermined load-bearing walls.

(1) The main structure of the roof, walls, and beams are made of wood materials,
In a building in which the floor plate as a horizontal structure is formed of lightweight cellular concrete, a sheer anchor metal fitting is provided at the joint between the lightweight cellular concrete floor plates, and the sheer anchor fitting is made of elongated bolts. A predetermined number of nuts are threaded on the top and bottom of the bolt body, and a locking washer is fixed to the middle part of the bolt body, and a pair of locking washers are fixed to the bolt body a predetermined distance above the washer. reinforcing bar supporting members are arranged vertically at predetermined intervals, and the reinforcing bar supporting members are rotatably engaged with the bolt body and can support the joint reinforcing bar at a position offset by a predetermined dimension from the bolt body. A fitting part is formed, and the shear anchor hardware is inserted through the intervening member into a through hole formed in the wall or floor beam of the lower floor, and is locked at the washer position. It is fixed to the wall or floor beam with the nut, the reinforcing steel at the joint is supported by the reinforcing bar support member, and the joining joint is filled with mortar and hardened, and the upper part of the bolt body protrudes above the filled mortar. A joining structure for a lightweight aerated concrete floor plate, characterized in that it is fixed to an upper floor wall with the nut.
