体１と、周縁の弾性周壁７を介して前記胴体１の
中腹部に液密に内嵌した底壁８の下面側に、この
底壁８周縁から胴体１内面に沿つて垂下する筒部
９を垂設した可動底蓋２と、前記胴体１下半部外
面に回動可能に外嵌した外筒１０及び、前記筒部
９に内装した軸体１１を一体に設けた回動操作筒
３と、頂部裏面に前記小孔５に挿脱する棒栓１２
を設けて前記胴体１上半部外面に装着されるキヤ
ツプ４とからなり、前記筒部９外面と胴体１下半
部内面間、筒部９内面と軸体１１外面間の一方を
ねじ送り機構に、他方をスプライン機構に形成し
て回動操作筒３の回動により可動底蓋２を上方に
