[Background technology] In a prefabricated house, the floor of the house is constructed by arranging a plurality of floor panels along a fabric foundation and supporting them on the fabric foundation, and by supporting the side edges of adjacent floor panels on independent foundations. It is formed by
In a floor formed in this manner, a gap is created as a floor joint between opposing side edges of adjacent floor panels. Therefore, it is necessary to fill these floor joints with an insulating material such as glass wool to maintain the insulation in these floor joints. However, if the insulation material is simply inserted into the floor joints, the insulation material will fall under the floor.
The insulation material is maintained as shown in the figure below.

That is, the heat insulating material 5 is formed by enclosing glass wool 8 in a bag 9 made of aluminum foil or the like, and when the heat insulating material 5 is inserted into the floor joint 4, the panel frame 10 of the floor panel 3 is removed from the bag 9. By driving nails 11 into the bag 9, the heat insulating material 5 is held between the floor joints 4. However, since the bag 9 is made of aluminum foil or the like, it is easily torn, and there is a risk that the bag 9 will be torn at the part where the nail 11 is driven and the insulation material 5 will fall from the floor joint 4 to the floor below. There was a problem.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was made in view of the above points, and it is possible to avoid the fear of the insulation material falling.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a retaining device for a heat insulating material between floor panels that can be reliably retained within a floor joint.

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 16 denotes a floor panel receiving hardware, which is formed by bending a fixing piece 17 at the upper end and a receiving piece 18 at the lower end.
The floor panel receiving hardware 16 is fixed to the cloth foundation 14 by passing the anchor bolt 19 protruding from the upper surface of the panel 4 through the fixing piece 17 and tightening the nut 20. In addition, the lower end of the bolt 3 is screwed into the screw hole of the receiving piece 18 of the floor panel receiving hardware 16 and set upright, and the hole of the holding metal fitting 22 with holding pieces 21 provided at both ends is passed through the upper part of this bolt 23. Then, attach the bolts 3 to the top surface of the panel frame 10 of the floor panel 3 placed on the receiving piece 18.

Press the presser pieces 21 of 2 and press the floor panel 3 between the presser piece 21 of the presser metal fitting 22 and the floor panel receiving metal piece 1.
The floor panel 3 is attached to the cloth foundation 14 via the floor panel receiving hardware 16 by sandwiching it between the receiving pieces 18 of 6. Nail the panel frame 10 from the holding piece 21 to attach the panel frame 1.
It is preferable that the presser fitting 22 be fixed to the 0. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, a pair of adjacent floor panels 3 are simultaneously attached to the cloth foundation 14 by means of floor panel receivers 16.

The floor panel 3 is attached to the independent foundation 15 by pressing the holding pieces 25 of No. 5 into contact with each other and sandwiching the floor panel 3 between the holding pieces 25 of the holding fittings 26 and the plate 28. It is preferable to fix the presser fitting 26 to the panel frame 10 by nailing the presser piece 25 to the panel frame 10. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, a pair of adjacent floor panels 3 are simultaneously attached to the independent foundation 15 using the presser fittings 26.

In this way, as shown in FIG. 1, the floor panels 3, 3 can be attached via the floor joint 4 between the side end faces, and the wire rod 1 is attached below the floor joint 4. First, as shown in Figure 3, install the floor panel bracket 16,
The rings 7, 7 at both ends of the wire rod 1 are fitted into the bolts 23, 23 of 16, and the ring 7 at the center of the wire rod 1 is fitted into the independent anchor bolt 24 of the independent foundation 14, as shown in FIG. This fitting of the ring 7 is performed before the operation of attaching the floor panel 3. Next, the wire rod 1 is stretched and bent, and the hooks 2 of the wire rod 1 are alternately attached to the lower end of one floor panel 3 and the lower end of the other floor panel 3 of the adjacent floor panels 3, 3. The wire rod 1 is stretched between both floor panels 3, 3 in a zigzag shape. As shown in FIG. 5, the hooking device 2 is hooked onto the tip of the frame board 13 provided on the panel frame 10 of the floor panel 3, and the hooking device 2 is hooked onto the tip of the frame board 13 provided on the panel frame 10 of the floor panel 3, thereby performing the conventional nailing operation as shown in FIG. This work can be done easily by using the shape of the floor panel 3 as it is without requiring any. At this time, when the panel frame 10 is made of C-shaped steel, the hooking can be achieved by hooking the hook 2 onto the lower piece of the C-shaped steel. Of course, it is also possible to hook and lock by driving a nail or the like into the lower surface of the floor panel 3 and hooking the hook 2 onto the nail or the like. After the wire rod 1 is stretched between the floor panels 3 and 3 below the floor joint 4 in this way, a heat insulating material 5 is placed inside the floor joint 4.
is inserted, and the heat insulating effect in the floor joint 4 is maintained in a state where the heat insulating material 5 is placed and held on the wire rod 1.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, in the present invention, hooks are attached to multiple locations in the longitudinal direction of the elastically expandable wire, and hooks are attached to the ends of the opposite side of the lower surface of one of the adjacent floor panels. and the opposite end of the lower surface of the other floor panel, respectively, and attach the wire between the two floor panels with the wire bent in a zigzag shape below the floor joint, Since the insulation material is filled into the floor joints on this wire, the insulation material is held on the wire and there is no problem of tearing of the aluminum foil bag like when nailing.
There is no fear that the heat insulating material will fall from the floor joints to the underfloor, and the insulation quality at the floor joints can be stabilized.
