受部材に基部が回転可能に軸承される支持部材と

されたクリツク機構とから成り、前記受部材の上
部外周に係止段部を形成し、かつ、基部内周に、
該基部に受部材を挿通したとき、前記係止段部と
回転可能に係止する係止面を形成したことを特徴
