BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY In general, this type of thermal stencil making machine, as shown in FIG. The plate is made by hand. In this case, the base paper 1 is
Since the plate is made while being pressed against the surface of the head 2, the molten base paper 4a sticks to the vicinity of the heating element 2a, increases with each plate making, and covers the heating element 2a as shown in FIG. Otherwise, the adhesion between the heating element 2a and the heat-shrinkable film 1b deteriorates, as shown in FIG. Therefore, the heat of the heating element 2b is difficult to be transmitted to the heat-shrinkable film 1b, resulting in the occurrence of white spots on the image.

Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, a method was proposed in which a thin paper (or film) 5 such as Japanese paper was interposed between the surface of the heating element 2a and the heat shrink film 1b during plate making. This is shown in Publication No. 103957. However, in this method, paper 5
Because of the inclusion of such inclusions, the heat conduction efficiency between the heating element 2a and the heat-shrinkable film 1b is significantly reduced, and the aperture ratio of the heat-shrinkable film 1b is considerably reduced, and in some cases, it may not be possible to perforate at all.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, a heat shrink film 1b
There is also one in which a heat-sensitive stencil paper 1A having an overcoat layer 1c provided thereon is used, and the overcoat layer 1c prevents the heat-shrinkable film 1b from peeling off or sticking. According to this method, the overcoat layer can prevent the heat-shrinkable film 1b from peeling off or sticking to the heating element 2a to some extent, but the overcoating agent itself sticks to the rear side of the heating element 2a, causing white spots in the image. There may be cases where This means that depending on the material and amount of the overcoat layer 1c, the occurrence of white spots on the image becomes worse than when there is no overcoat layer (Figure 1b shows the occurrence of white spots due to the overcoat agent 4b). ).

Structure The present invention provides a heat-sensitive stencil making machine in which a heat-sensitive stencil sheet is pressed against a heat-generating head by a platen roller and perforated by a heat-generating element of the heat-generating head to make a stencil. The amount of fluid lubricant required for plate making is applied once to the entire image width, and the base paper is fed by the platen roller to fill the space between the base paper and the heat generating head. The fluid lubricant is stored, and as the base paper is fed by the platen roller, the fluid lubricant is supplied little by little between the base paper and the heating head to form a thin fluid lubricant layer. This is what I did. Therefore, it is possible to form a fluid lubricant layer uniformly over the entire surface of the base paper, which prevents the melt of the heat shrink film and the overcoat agent from sticking to the surface of the heat generating element and improves whiteness during plate making. It is designed to eliminate omissions.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 4 and 5. In this embodiment, a heat-resistant fluid lubricant 6 such as silicone oil is adhered onto a heat-shrinkable film 1b of a base paper 1 (which may have an overcoat layer 1c as shown in FIG. 3). It is something. The base paper 1 is conveyed while being pressed against the surface of the thermal head 2 by the platen roller 3. At this time, the fluid lubricant 6 is squeezed by the surface of the heat shrink film 1b (or overcoat layer 1c) and the surface of the thermal head 2, and due to an effect similar to oil film lubrication, the fluid lubricant 6 becomes extremely thin.
A is formed between the heating element 2a and the heat shrink film 1b. In this state, when the heating element generates heat and the base paper 1 is made into a plate, even if the heat shrink film 1b melts, it will not stick to the thermal head 2 because the fluid lubricant layer 6a exists. Moreover, even if the overcoat agent 1c melts, it will not stick to the surface of the thermal head 2 since it will be mixed with the oil and carried to the downstream stage of the heating element 2a. In this way, due to the presence of the fluid lubricant layer 6a, the heat-shrinkable film 1b and the overcoat agent do not stick to the heating element 2a, and the heat-shrinkable film 1b
Since adhesion with the film is ensured, it is easy to prevent white spots in the image. In addition, since the fluid lubricant layer 6a is extremely thin at several micrometers or less, the heat conduction efficiency is almost the same as that without applying silicone oil (Fig. 1), so the plate-making quality, especially the heat-shrinkable film 1b, is very low. The aperture ratio will not be reduced. Note that the fluid lubricant 6 is not limited to silicone oil, and may be any material that has good thermal conductivity, fluidity, is not denatured by heat of about 400° C., and does not stick to the thermal head 2.

By the way, fluid lubricants such as silicone oil6
FIG. 5 shows a method of coating the surface of the base paper 1. First, for the purpose of forming a thin fluid lubricant layer 6a,
When applying the fluid lubricant 6 to the surface of the base paper 1, if you try to apply it to the required thickness on the surface of the base paper 1, the thickness is extremely thin, several μm or less, as described above, so use a rubber roller, sponge roller, etc. to spread it evenly over the entire surface. It is difficult to apply, and there are often areas that are not coated. Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. The fluid lubricant 6 is applied completely, and in this state, the base paper 1 is fed by the platen roller 3, and the fluid lubricant 6 is applied to the wedge-shaped space between the base paper 1 and the head 2, as shown in FIG. A very thin fluid lubricant layer 6a is formed as shown in FIG. 4 by supplying a small amount of lubricant between the heating element 2a and the heat shrinkable film 1b.

The method for supplying and applying the fluid lubricant 6 for one time required for one plate making to the base paper 1 is as follows.
As shown in Figure a, a blade 8 is provided close to the roller 7 provided at the front stage with a certain gap,
The fluid lubricant layer 6a having a constant thickness may be applied and formed on the surface of the roller 7 while rotating the roller 7, and this may be performed by pressing the layer 6a against the base paper 1 for a certain period of time by upward displacement of the roller 7. An intermediate roller 9 may be interposed as shown in FIG. Also, the same figure c
As shown in FIG. 2, instead of the blade 8, an elastic blade 10 may be pressed against the roller 7 with a constant pressure to form a lubricant layer 6a of a constant thickness on the surface of the roller 7.

Effects As described above, the present invention is applied to a heat-sensitive stencil-making machine in which a heat-sensitive stencil sheet is pressed against a heat-generating head by a platen roller and perforated by the heat-generating element of the heat-generating head to make a plate. The amount of fluid lubricant required for one plate making is applied to a part of the front side of the entire image width, and the base paper is fed by the platen roller to create a gap between the base paper and the heat generating head. The fluid lubricant is stored in a space, and as the base paper is fed by the platen roller, the fluid lubricant is supplied little by little between the base paper and the heat generating head to form a thin fluid lubricant layer.
