ンプを点滅発光させる回路をもつLED基板及び
該LEDランプの動力源となる電池を一体的に具
備するLED発光手段及び該LED発光手段の少
なくとも該LEDランプ部分が表出しそれ以外を
内蔵する箱体を具備するLEDランプ構造体と、
カバン状体と、該カバン状体に該ランプ付構造体
を固定するための固定手段と、を備えることを特
徴とするLEDランプ付カバン状体。 (2) カバン状体と、1又は2以上のLEDラン
プ、該LEDランプを点滅発光させる回路をもつ
LED基板及び該LEDランプの動力源となる電
池を一体的に具備するLED発光手段と、前記L
EDランプに対向する受光端をもち、切欠部から
なる発光部を有し前記カバン状体に周設される帯
状若しくは紐状の光フアイバと、前記LED発光
手段及び前記光フアイバが前記カバン状体から脱
落しないための脱落防止手段と、を備えることを

きになるように2つ配設され、前記光フアイバの
両端部は丸紐状であり、且つ前記光フアイバの各
