ウジング内に設けられ、前記ラツクのエンドでラ
ツクの移動を入出力軸の軸方向の動きに変える伝
達部材と、この伝達部材に係合する変換部材と、
前記変換部材の軸方向の動きを前記サーボ弁の周
方向の動きに変換するために、前記変換部材およ
び前記サーボ弁のどちらか一方に形成された長溝
