The molten resin is extruded toward a die having a tube, and the molten resin is discharged into a tube shape from the discharge port of the die and blown into a desired tubular film shape.

Air is blown into the cylindrical film made of the molten resin 3 to blow the resin 3. The discharged resin 3 is cooled by cooling air jetted from the cooling air supply device 13, and is turned into a tubular film 14 having a predetermined diameter. This tubular film 14 has 1
It is gradually folded into a flat shape by a pair of guide plates 15, 15 and is guided by a pair of pinch rollers 16, 16 in a direction, and is picked up by the pinch rollers 16, 16 at a predetermined picking speed, and then It is wound up on the winding roller 17 on the downstream side.

There are disadvantages in that sagging occurs in the center and sag occurs at both edges in the width direction.

15 shows a three-dimensional geometric locus when the cylindrical tubular film 14 is strongly deformed into a planar shape, and is taken up at high speed by a pair of pinch rollers 16 and 16, and is subjected to high-speed forced cooling. It is assumed that the tubular film 14 shown in FIG.
The radius of 4 is R, and the tubular film 14 rises at a constant speed, is forcibly squeezed by the guide plate 15 from the level a-b part, and at the level c-d part where it has risen by the height H, It is assumed that the paper is folded into a flat shape with a folding diameter B by a pair of pinch rollers 16 and 16. In this case, the surface narrowed by the guide plate 15 has a nearly parabolic shape, as shown in FIG. Let L be the length between both levels a-b and c-d of the center line O-O of the paraboloid.

It can be seen that the bag is picked up in a sagging state, resulting in the above-mentioned sagging in the middle and sagging at the ears.

Furthermore, in the conventional guide plate 15, the surface 15a facing the tubular film 14 was formed in a flat shape, so that the slack at the center in the width direction could be taken off by the pinch rollers 16 without being removed. , it is taken over by the pinch rollers 16 with the center sagging and the ears sagging.

問題点を有している。The tubular film 14 having such center sag and sag has uneven thickness and cannot be used as a raw material for paper-like films that dislike uneven thickness, which is in high demand today.
Further, when used as a laminated film, there are problems such as the lamination may be performed with air trapped in uneven thickness portions.

It is formed in the shape of a hollow box, and bleached cotton 22 as a type of adhesion prevention member is adhered to the surface of the opposing surface 21a. This facing surface 21a
A large number of air blowing holes 23, 23, . . . serving as gas blowing portions for blowing gaseous air toward the tubular film 14 are bored through the bleached cotton 22 as well. In the area where these air blowing holes 23 and 23 are formed, the tubular film 14 is connected to the guide plate 21.
The opening area of the air blowing hole 23 per unit area is determined according to the amount of inward expansion of the tubular film 14. I'm making adjustments. In this embodiment, since the size of each air blowing hole 23 is made equal, the hole of the air blowing hole 23 increases as it goes to the lower part of the paraboloid where a large inward deformation of the tubular film 14 is required. The installation pitch is reduced. The opening area of the air blowing holes 23 may be adjusted by making the pitch of the air blowing holes 23 the same and changing the diameter of each air blowing hole 23, or by changing both the drilling pitch and the diameter of the hole. You may also do so. An air intake cylinder 24 for feeding air into the interior is fixed to the back of the hollow box-shaped guide plate 21, and the guide plate 21 is placed at the upper and lower portions of both sides of the guide plate 21 in an appropriate position below the pinch roller 16. In addition, air supplied from a pro 928 installed to supply air into each guide plate 21 is divided into two directions by a branch tank 29, and air is taken in through an air flow path 30 having a flow rate control valve 31 in each direction. 1a, the bleached cotton 22 effectively prevents adhesion to the facing surface 21a of the tubular film 140, and since the bleached cotton 22 is a fabric that does not easily damage the tubular film 14, the tubular film 14 14
will not be damaged at all.

a and the bleached cotton 22 without contact with the pinch roller 1.
Since the tubular film 14 is guided up to 6.16 mm, the resistance to taking off the tubular film 14 is extremely small compared to the conventional example, so taking off is easy and labor can be saved. In addition, the cooling efficiency of the tubular film 14 is improved by the air blown toward the tubular film 14 from each air blowing hole 23, and a higher quality tubular film 14 can be obtained, which ultimately improves the productivity of the tubular film 14. Improvements will be made.

Since it is in a state that is closer to vertical than that of , the occurrence of sagging in the middle is further prevented.

Although the bleached cotton 22 is pasted on the tubular film 1, the pressure of the air blown out from the air blowing hole 23 is large.
4 does not touch the opposing surface 218, the bleached cotton 22 can be omitted. Further, the air blowing method on the opposing surface 21a of the guide plate 21 is different from the air blowing hole 23 of the above embodiment.
Instead, it may be modified as necessary, such as using a mesh fabric or providing a large number of blowing nozzles.

By guiding the tubular film in such a way that it is taken up by the machine, it is possible to produce an extremely high-quality film with no center sag or sagging, no uneven thickness, and no scratches, making it possible to produce films at low cost and at high speed. The structure is simple and the cost is low.
