み嵌合自在とされた同平行状態維持用の係合突部
6および同係合凹部7を設け、また芯軸5に係合
突部6と係合凹部7との嵌合状態維持用バネ8を
捲装すると共に固定板1の他方側縁に於ける複数
個所に状綴込杆9を、可動板2の他方側縁に横
向きの閉止杆10を夫々突設し、これ等綴込杆
9、閉止杆10の先端面を係合突部6と係合凹部
7との嵌合状態時には相互に対向するようにし、
更に固定板1の上面に可動板2が水平状態を呈し
たときに頂面がその下面に当接する受板12′を
設けると共にこの受板12′と可動板2の内面に
係合突部6と係合凹部7との嵌合状態時には係止
し同嵌合の抜出時には外れる掛部11および受部
12を夫々設けたことを特徴とする綴込具を提供
することによつてこのような問題点を解決しよう
とするものである。

止杆10を夫々突設し、これ等綴込杆9、閉止杆
10の先端面を係合突部6と係合凹部7との嵌合
状態時には相互に対向するようにし、また固定板
1の上面に可動板2が水平状態を呈したときに頂
面がその下面に当接する受板12′を設けると共
にこの受板12′と可動板2の内面に係合突部6
と係合凹部7との嵌合状態時には係止し同嵌合の
抜出時には外れる掛部11および受部12を夫々
設けたものである。

の作用力で第3図に示す状態すなわち係合突部6
が係合凹部7に嵌合した状態および掛部11が受
部12に係止した状態とすることによつて被綴込
物の綴込操作を完了するなどの用法に供するもの
であるが、特に本考案においては固定板1の上面
に受板12′を設けこの受板12′と可動板2の内
面に係合突部6と係合凹部7との嵌合状態時には
係止し同嵌合の抜出時には外れる掛部11および
受部12を夫々設けたので綴込み杆9と閉止杆1
0の各先端の相互対向状態の保持は係合突部6、
係合凹部7との嵌合および掛部11と受部12と
の係合という二重の作用によつてこれを行うので
綴込杆9と閉止杆10の上記位置関係の維持はこ
れを確固と行うことができるのみならず可動板2
の不用意な開擺に基因する係合突部6及び係合凹
部7の損傷なども未然に除くことができるもので
あつて、本考案は前記の問題点を充分に解決し得
るものであり、加うるに本考案においては固定板
1の上面に可動板2が水平状態を呈したときに頂
面がその下面に当接する受板12′を設けたので
係合突部6と係合凹部7との嵌合状態時に可動板
2に上方より強い荷重が加わるようなことがあつ
ても受板12′の頂端に同可動板2の内面が当接
してその下傾を阻止し、ひいては綴込杆9の先端
が閉止杆10の先端より下方に移行して同部が開
口するなどの危惧も確実に防止することができる
などの効果も併せ有するものである。
