Conventional technology Conventionally, in online systems in which terminal devices are connected to a central computer system through communication lines and data generated at terminals in various locations are directly input and output, continuous copying forms installed in the printers of the terminals are used. When issuing a form that has been previously used, in many cases only one or two of the several copies are handed over on the spot, so separation is frequent and even unnecessary subordinate forms have to be cut out when issuing the form. The bills would fall apart. In addition, in normal printers, the tractor, which is the form transport mechanism, is located above the printing mechanism, so if you cut out the printed form, it will come off the tractor, and you will have to set it on the tractor again. Because it didn't work, I sent the unprinted forms to the tractor and cut out the printed forms. As described above, conventional general continuous copying forms have the drawbacks of wasted forms and poor work efficiency.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, conventionally, the invention disclosed in Utility Model Publication No. 56-35333 has been used to create a continuous form in which at least the topmost form is provided with a large perforation at the cut portion so that it can be cut out. Duplicate forms are proposed.

Problems that the invention attempts to solve However, in the invention disclosed in Utility Model Publication No. 56-35333, perforations are formed on all four sides of the form, although the cut portions are large; Since the device is configured to cut out the form by breaking it, it has the disadvantage that it is difficult to grasp the form particularly when starting the cutting operation.

Means for solving the problem A form feed hole is provided on both ends of a continuous copy form, and form feed hole portions are provided in which forms located correspondingly above and below are bound to each other, so that lower continuous copies can be stored in a continuous state. In the case of a form to be cut out, perforations for cutting are provided at positions along the form feed hole and at the connecting part, while in the case of upper continuous forms to be cut out from the continuous state, the lower continuous forms should be cut out. A perforation is provided at a position corresponding to the cut-out perforation provided along the form feed hole, and the cut portion is larger than the cut-out perforation. A cut is provided so as to reach the cut portion of the cut-off perforation, and the upper end is bound together with the subordinate form.

Function: The unstitched lower edge of the upper-level form has a cut that reaches the large cut of the perforations on both sides, so a slight gap is created with the lower-level form, making it difficult to grasp the lower edge. Moreover, since the upper and lower documents are stapled together at the top edge, even if the upper document has a large perforation at the cut portion and a notch that reaches the cut portion, the upper edge portion will not be easily attached to the printer when feeding on the printer. This allows for smooth feeding and accurate printing without causing the upper form to get caught or accidentally falling off.

As shown in FIG. 1, the continuous copy form 1 is made up of a large number of continuous copy forms 2 in which two forms 2a and 2b are overlapped vertically. A form feed hole portion 4 having a diameter is provided. The document feed holes 4 on both sides of each document 2a, 2b are bound together by a suitable binding means (not shown) such as glue, stapler, paper, or the like. The lower form 2b is provided with perforations 5 for cutting at each connecting portion, and perforations 6 for cutting along each of the form feed holes 4. The size of the cut portion of these perforations is determined by the paper quality and tie, but for example, if the tie is about 1 mm, the size of the cut part is 3 mm.
Approximately 15 mm is suitable.

On the other hand, the upper form 2a is provided with a similar cut-off perforation 5a at a position corresponding to the cut-off perforation 5 of the form feed hole 4, and each of the above-mentioned forms is provided along the form feed hole 4. A cutout perforation 7 is provided at a position corresponding to the cutout perforation 6, the cut portion 7a of which is larger than these cutout perforations 6 and which can be easily cut out.
The size of the cut portion of these perforations 7 is also determined by the quality of the paper and the tie, as described above, to avoid cutting during feeding in the printer. For example, if the tie is about 1 mm, the size of the cut part is about 10 to 40 mm. suitable. Further, each of the upper and lower ends of these forms 2a has a notch 8 so that both ends reach the cut portion 7a of the cut-out perforation 7.
a, 8b are provided, and as is clear from FIG. 2, a rectangular portion corresponding to the connecting portion surrounded by these notches 8a, 8b and the cut-out perforation 7 is cut out, and the lower form 2b is cut out. is exposed.
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper end of the form 2a corresponding to the notch 8a is separably bound to the lower form 2b by a suitable binding means, for example, glue 9. Therefore, the lower end of the form 2a is separated from the form feeding hole 4 of the form 2a by the notch 8b and the cut portion 7a of the cutting perforation 7 continuous thereto, and the lower end of the form 2a There is a slight gap with respect to 2b.

Further, an information printing field 10 is provided on the front surface of each form 2a, 2b, while a copying transfer agent (not shown) is provided on the back surface of the upper form 2a in order to copy to the information printing field 10 of the lower form 2b. There are layers.

First, to print the necessary information in the information printing field 10, as shown in FIG. The continuous copying is performed at a predetermined location on the platen 13 while the continuous copying form 1 is being transferred. To cut out the upper form 2a from the continuous printed form 2, as shown in FIG. Since it is cut out along each of the large cutting perforations 7, and the upper end is peeled off against the adhesive force of the glue 9, it can be easily cut off. Then, cut out the form 2a
The documents 2b are handed over to the necessary department each time, and the remaining forms 2b are temporarily stored in a continuous state and cut out and used as needed.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and for example, it is not necessary to cut out the portions surrounded by the notches 8a and 8b and the perforations 7, and the portions surrounded by the respective notches 8a and 8b and the perforations 7 do not necessarily need to be removed, and The notches 8a and 8b may be provided at intervals or may be located in contact with each other. In this case, each adjacent form 2a is divided by each linear cut 8a, 8b.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to form both sides of the form into a rounded shape so that each form 2a can be grasped more easily. Furthermore, the configuration for copying to the lower form 2b may include a copy transfer layer and may also use so-called non-carbon copy paper. Furthermore, the number of copies of the copy form 2 may be determined as necessary;
It is also possible to cut out a plurality of upper-level forms 2a. In addition, the binding of the upper and lower ends of the upper and lower forms 2a and 2b can be done by spot application of various types of adhesives, including the glue 9 shown in the figure, or by band-like application, or by separating them depending on the type of adhesive, paper quality, size, etc. of the forms. It is sufficient to adopt any binding form that is possible, and if a strong adhesive is used, a cut-out perforation is provided in the upper form 2a, and the structure is such that the upper form can be separated from the lower form at this perforation. You can.

Effects As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, the top edges of the upper and lower forms are stitched together, so large perforations and incisions are provided at the cut portions of the upper forms to separate the upper forms. Even if it is easy to cut out, the top edge will not get caught on the printer when feeding it on the printer, and the upper form will not fall off inadvertently, allowing smooth feeding and accurate printing. . Furthermore, when cutting out a superior form from a continuously copied form, the user can easily grasp the edge of the form, making the cutting operation extremely easy.
