[Prior Art and Problems] When extending an overhead line, the messenger wire is stretched over the metal wheel of the tower to be overlaid, and the end of the messenger wire and the end of the electric wire are connected. A method is used in which the wires are connected and the messenger wire is replaced with an electric wire. In this case, in order to connect the messenger wire and the electric wire, a wire extension clamp is crimped onto the end of the electric wire. However, in this case, if the overhead wire to be extended is an optical fiber composite overhead ground wire 10 as illustrated in FIG. 2, the situation becomes quite complicated. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire 10
A strand 3 is placed around the outer periphery of a so-called OP unit which stores an optical fiber 1 in an internal storage chamber 2a of a pipe 2.
Since the fibers are twisted together, if a wire drawing clamp is directly crimped onto the fibers, there is a risk of adversely affecting the optical fibers inside.

Therefore, when extending the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire 10, a special construction method as shown in FIG. 3 has been adopted. That is, the ends of the stranded electric wires are disassembled, the strands 3 and 3 are untwisted, the OP unit consisting of the optical fiber 1 housed in the pipe 2 is cut to expose it, and the cap 4 is attached to the end of the OP unit. After fitting the OP unit, apply a presser wrap 5 made of self-adhesive tape or the like to make it waterproof, then wrap the untwisted wires 3, 3 again and apply a metal-like material to the defective part where the OP unit was cut and removed. A rigid insertion rod 6 with high strength is inserted to form a wire compression section, and the compression section 21 of the wire drawing clamp 20 is crimped to the wire compression section so that the compression force of the clamp is not directly applied to the OP unit. I was running a line extension.

However, according to the conventional wire stretching method described above, the OP unit is easily damaged when untwisting and untwisting the strands, and the winding part for waterproofing the OP unit inevitably becomes thicker.
It becomes difficult to wrap and twist the strands around this again, and in some cases, there is even a risk that the entire end portion becomes too thick to be inserted into the crimping hole of the wire clamp. Furthermore, when the twisted layer of the twisted wire is composed of two or more layers instead of one layer, there is a great possibility that it becomes even more difficult to dismantle or retwist the twisted wire.

[Object of the Invention] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention provides an optical fiber composite fiber optic cable which does not require disassembly or re-twisting of the above-mentioned stranded wires, and also has no risk of damaging the OP unit or the optical fibers. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire extending clamp attachment part for a ground wire and an improved wire extending method using the wire extending clamp.

[Summary of the Invention] In other words, the gist of the present invention is as follows: (1) An optical fiber composite overhead ground wire formed by twisting bare wires around the outer periphery of an OP unit in which an optical fiber is housed in a housing having a storage space inside. An attachment part for a wire-running clamp attached to an end of the wire-running clamp, the wire-running clamp having a compressed part to be crimped onto the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire to be stretched, and a compressed part formed adjacent to the compressed part. and a storage section for storing the end portion of the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire in an uncompressed state, and the end portion of the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire located in the compression section and the storage portion Remove the step and make it protrude.
A clamp attachment part for extending a fiber optic composite overhead ground wire, characterized in that a rigid insertion rod is inserted into the storage body from the end of the OP unit, (2) a storage body having a storage space inside; The OP unit of an optical fiber composite overhead ground wire made by twisting bare wires around the outer periphery of an OP unit that houses optical fibers is peeled off in steps to protrude, so that when the wire is extended from the end of the OP unit, the OP unit is A rigid insertion rod is inserted so that the wire clamp reaches the wire compression part to be crimped, and the wire clamp is inserted into the wire compression part to be crimped and the wire end formed adjacent to the compression part. A clamp for wire extension is prepared, which has a storage section that stores the wire in an uncompressed state.
An optical fiber composite overhead space is provided in which the compression part of the wire extension clamp is crimped to the wire compression part, and the OP unit from which the stepped strip is protruded is stored in an uncompressed state in the storage part of the clamp for wire extension. The present invention is based on a wire extending method, which makes it possible to extend an electric wire without disassembling the strands of the twisted portion of the electric wire and without retwisting them.

Next, in order to extend the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire 10 using the wire extension clamp, first the strands 3 of the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire 10 are stripped off, as shown in FIG. , the pipe 2 of the internal OP unit is exposed. Pipe 2 exposed like this
is filled with a metal rod 6 that reaches the part to which the compressed part of the clamp is attached when the wire drawing clamp 20 is crimped therein. At this time, the optical fiber 1 inside is pushed in by the metal rod 6, but the optical fiber is simply pushed inside, and the optical fiber is not damaged thereby. After the metal rod 6 is filled and inserted into the pipe 2, the end of the OP unit is waterproofed by applying caps 4 to presser windings 5 as in the conventional example, and
The waterproofed part is stored in the storage part 22 of the wire clamp, and the compressed part 21 of the clamp is crimped to the stranded wire part at the rear thereof and to the filled wire compressed part of the metal rod 6 as shown in the figure. .
