[Detailed Description of the Invention] "Field of Application of the Invention" The present invention relates to a lining board construction method and apparatus for lining a tunnel with a PC lining board, and in particular a method for installing wind pipes in a tunnel. This article relates to construction methods and equipment suitable for such cases.

"Prior Art" Applicants previously installed four arc-shaped PCs between the upper ends of the left and right side wall concrete, which were fixed to the tunnel side walls.
The boards are assembled in an arch shape along the ground, and the lower ends of the PC boards located on the left and right side walls of the arch are fixed to the side wall concrete, and the upper ends are fixed to the ground via anchors to form a crown of the arch. By joining the side wall PC boards with pin joints between the side wall PC boards, problems such as imperfections in the formwork and poured concrete caused by pouring concrete as a secondary lining can be solved and ensure safety. This is a highly reliable tunnel lining method that allows for the construction of stable tunnels, enlarges the tunnel's internal cross-section, and reduces the excavation cross-section, and also allows for easy decoration of the tunnel's inner surface, with excellent workability and economic efficiency. However, due to the need to perform lining construction at the same time as excavation construction,
A difficult problem that must be solved in construction is how to rationally and efficiently erect four lining plates in a narrow work space where exhaust or air pipes are installed while still allowing vehicles to pass through. I have an assignment.

"Means for Solving Problems" In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention has the following features:
By installing a lining plate construction mechanism on a gate-shaped movable frame that can run along the rails in the direction of the tunnel and allow vehicles to pass underneath, it is possible to transport and transport equipment and debris required for excavation work. In addition to allowing free passage of vehicles, etc., each lining board can be moved by installing an arch-shaped guide frame on a movable frame and passing a wind pipe below it, so that each lining board can be moved at approximately the same position as the other. A plurality of carts, which can be overlapped in the front and back, are installed so as to be movable in sequence along the arch of the guide frame, and the lining plate is held by a transport support that gradually raises itself from below the guide frame and moves to the side of the guide frame. , the lining plates are sent out to the sides of the guide frame, the lining plates are sequentially transferred to the front truck, and the front and rear lining plates are joined while being conveyed along the arch. Finally, the lining plates sent out by the conveyance support are A construction method that makes it possible to efficiently erect lining boards in a narrow work space where wind pipes are installed by joining the lining boards to previously erected lining boards; and This paper proposes such a device.

``Operation of the Invention'' When performing lining construction, first, as shown in Fig. 1, the carts A, B, and C are fitted in series on the top end of the guide frame 3 in the mutual space 9 and kept stationary. In addition, the movable body 19 is moved backward to maintain the carry-in support arm 20 almost horizontally on the movable frame 1, and in this state, the lining board that is first erected by the hoist 30 is
Lift P 1 from transport vehicle S and transfer it to support arm 2.
0 on the lifting jack 24 and the clamp part 26 in the raised state, and after positioning by locking the protrusion at the end to the positioning arm 18, the clamp claws 25, 25' are moved in the relative direction. It is held tightly by rotating and descending.

``Effects of the Invention'' As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a movable pedestal formed in a gate shape capable of traveling along the rails in the direction of the tunnel and allowing vehicles to pass underneath, and a movable pedestal mounted on the movable pedestal from the surrounding wall of the ground. A guide frame formed in an arch shape along the guide frame at a predetermined interval, a driving wheel rail installed on the guide frame along the arch, and a driven wheel guide rail installed on the guide frame along the arch. A drive wheel that engages with the drive wheel rail and a driven wheel that engages with the driven wheel guide rail are provided at the front and rear of the vehicle body, and each vehicle body is fitted sequentially from the front in a freely fitting and detachable manner so as to be integrally overlapped in the front and rear. A plurality of carts for erecting lining boards constituted of a frame mechanism having a space in the center with an open rear end, and a plurality of carts for erecting lining boards are installed at the front and rear of the carts, and the lining boards placed thereon can be raised and lowered freely. The lifting support jack and the lining plate are mounted and held so that the leading end thereof descends diagonally downward while moving horizontally from above the movable frame below the guide frame to the side of the guide frame. Since it consists of a carry-in support arm, it is possible to freely pass equipment required for excavation work and vehicles for transporting waste etc. under the movable frame, and to carry out construction work while carrying out the excavation work.

Then, the lining plate is held by the carry-in support arm below the guide frame, and the lining plate is gradually raised to the side of the guide frame and sent to the side of the guide frame to be held. The cart can be moved and transferred from the carry-in support arm onto the cart one by one, and can be moved along the guide frame.
The lining board to be erected last can be sent to the side of the guide frame and joined and integrated in series with the lining board erected by the truck.
