- 一対の平行な脚部と該脚部の一端を連結する胴
部を有する略コ字状の振動体と、この振動体の両
角部に配設されて前記振動体に振動を付与する圧
電素子とからなる複数の駆動体を走行面上に移動
方向に対し並列または直列に移動自在に載置した
ことを特徴とする超音波リニアモータ。
