温用断熱胴３の外周側に給気路２１が形成され且
該保温用断熱胴３と炊飯釜２０との間に排気通路
２２が形成されている保温式ガス炊飯器において
、給気路２１の上部に空気流入口を形成するとと
もに、炊飯釜２０の下方に、中央にガスバーナＢ
の炎孔部が突出する開口３２が形成されているド
ーナツ状の汁受皿３１を設け、その上面で且ガス
バーナＢの炎孔部の外周にヒータＨを同心環状に
設置するとともにその下方にガスバーナＢの主要
部を収容し、該汁受皿３１の下方の空室を、給気
路２１と連通させるとともに前記開口３２を介し
て排気通路２２と連通するようにした保温式ガス
