【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 1次側ポートおよび2次側ポート間の流路を
開閉する主バルブと、1次側流路および2次側流
路間に設けられるバイパス流路とを備えた制御バ
ルブであつて、前記バイパス流路を自動的に開閉
するバイパスバルブを設けたことを特徴とする制
御バルブ。 2 前記バイパスバルブは、空気圧の印加により
自動的に開閉されることを特徴とする請求項1記
載の制御バルブ。 3 前記バイパスバルブは、空気圧を供給する駆
動用空気圧供給ポートと、バイパス流路に設けら
れる弁座と、この弁座に当接または離間して前記
バイパスバルブを開閉する弁体と、この弁体を前
記駆動用空気圧供給ポートからの空気圧の印加に
より前記弁座に押付け、あるいは弁座から離間さ
せる弁体駆動用のピストンと、前記空気圧の印加
を遮断した時に前記弁体を前記弁座に当接あるい
は離間させるよう付勢するばねとを備えてなるこ
とを特徴とする請求項1、または2記載の制御バ
ルブ。
