By rotating the impeller 2C at the lower end through B, air is taken in from the opening 2E provided above the water surface WL at the upper part of the hollow shaft 2B, and is discharged from the lower end. Microscopic bubbles A are generated as shown in FIG. 1 and water flow F shown in FIG. 3 is generated in the water.

A substantially horizontal plate 4 is provided, and an inlet 5 and an air bubble recovery device 6 are provided at the end of the plate 4, but depending on the situation, the inlet 5 and the air bubble recovery device 6 may be provided at one location, or may be provided at two locations. The water surface WL of this device is covered by a hood 11.

On the other hand, since a curtain 9 is hung in a place where the plate 4 is not present, the microscopic bubbles A do not escape to the outside by the curtain 9 but move toward the plate 4.

According to the water purification device of the present invention, even if microscopic substances in the water or on the water surface adhere to the microscopic bubbles generated by the aerator, the microscopic substances in the water or on the water surface are inhaled together with the water near the water surface by the bubble recovery device, and the sewage is purified. Since the water can be guided to a treatment facility, the water surface is not contaminated, and the water purification effect is improved accordingly.

る。 In particular, in the present invention, the floater surrounding the aerator not only serves to temporarily store the bubble-containing wastewater in the enclosed space inside the floater, but also can be used as a passage for the bubble-containing wastewater. Therefore, the floater of the present invention can have three effects at once, in addition to being a means of generating buoyancy, it also serves as a reservoir for dirt containing air bubbles, and furthermore, it forms a passage for dirt containing air bubbles.
