However, these chiyocolates are small and thin, and because they are made to resemble complex shapes such as plant leaves, petals, fruits, and small animals, they are easily damaged and cannot be distributed even if they are mass-produced. Have difficulty. For this reason, even today the majority of products are handmade by skilled craftsmen, but this inevitably reduces productivity and increases costs.

The gist of the present invention is a method for mass production of shaped thiokolate for packaging decoration, which is characterized by removing excess thiokolate with a scraper while solidifying it under vibration, and then stacking it as it is in a vibration-resistant outer container and packaging it. The mold used here is polypropylene,
Various desired shapes, such as leaves, flowers, and petals of plants, are formed by compression molding or vacuum or pressure molding on sheets made of thermoplastic synthetic resins such as hard polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene, or polyvinyl chloride. , molded recesses in the shape of whole or parts of animals, buildings, sculptures, paintings, geometric figures, cartoon characters, landscapes, abstract figures, coins, medals, medals, arts and crafts, celestial bodies, etc. are preferably used. be done. Although the number of individual recesses to be provided in the mold is arbitrary, two or more, an excessively small number is not only uneconomical but also inconvenient in use. In addition, from the standpoint of mass production, it is desirable that the individual recesses formed in one mold be of the same type. In addition,
The depth of each recess, that is, the thickness of the shaped tyokolate contained within the recess, is usually selected from the range of 0.5 to 5 mm, preferably 1.5 to 2 mm.

At this time, productivity can be further improved by using a horizontal moving conveyor as a platform to automatically move the molds one after another toward the next filling position. If an integrated production line using continuous sheets is adopted as in Example 2, productivity can be further significantly improved.

Contain inside. Note that if the material to be filled is tyokolate using ordinary cacao butter or hard butter, tempering is naturally required before filling.

It can also withstand In addition, in use, when the mold is turned over, the decorative molded chiyocollate having a beautiful luster is immediately removed from the mold in a ready-to-use state. Furthermore, in terms of manufacturing, the mold can be mass-produced at low cost using vacuum or pressure forming means, and the mold itself can be used as a packaging tray (inner container). Therefore, not only is there no risk of damage during removal, but also there is no need for transfer work or special packaging materials, resulting in significant resource and labor savings.

Recesses 2 in the contour of a tree leaf with a depth of 2 mm are formed on a polystyrene sheet with a thickness of 0.2 mm and a pressure of 0.2 mm.
2. Prepare a mold 1 with 12 recesses, pour the melted dough prepared above into it, perform tapping and scraping, cool and solidify, and further age at 15 to 25°C. , this (1) is stacked in five sheets each in the plastic outer container 4 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and then placed in a paper carton 5.
The packaged product (packaged body) 6 for distribution as shown in FIG. The above-mentioned products 6 are not only tightly housed in the cushioning mold 1 but also protected by the outer layer paper carton 5 and the inner outer container 4, so that they are easily transported and handled. Withstands vibrations. When in use, the mold 1 to be filled can be simply turned over and the housed shaped tyokolate 3 can be taken out with its face facing up, so that it can be used as is for decoration.
