体フレームの特定部位をクランプ及びアンクラン
プするクランプ部及び車体フレームの寸法基準と
なる基準部位が予め設定された基準位置と一致す
るように車体フレームの特定部位をクランプした
クランプ部を移動させて車体フレームを変形させ
る変形付与部とを具備するフレーム修正装置と、
フレーム修正装置によつて変形付与された車体フ
レームの変形部に変形を付与した状態で板状体を
重畳結合する溶接装置とを有する車体フレーム修
正装置。 (2) 車体フレームを溶接治具の所定位置にセツ
トする位置決め装置と、位置決めセツトされた車
体フレームを構成するサイドメンバの特定部位を
クランプ及びアンクランプするクランプ部及びサ
イドメンバの上下方向の寸法基準となる基準部位
が予め設定された車幅方向の基準位置と一致する
ようにサイドメンバの特定部位をクランプしたク
ランプ部を上下移動させてサイドメンバを変形さ
せる変形付与部とを具備するフレーム修正装置と
、フレーム修正装置によつて変形付与されたサイ
ドメンバ外側の変形部に変形を付与した状態で板
状体を重畳結合する溶接装置とを有する車体フレ
ーム修正装置。 (3) 車体フレームを溶接治具の所定位置にセツ
トする位置決め装置と、位置決めセツトされた車
体フレームを構成するサイドメンバの特定部位を
クランプ及びアンクランプするクランプ部及びサ
イドメンバの車幅方向の寸法基準となる基準部位
が予め設定された上下方向の基準位置と一致する
ようにサイドメンバの特定部位をクランプしたク
ランプ部を車幅方向へ移動させてサイドメンバを
変形させる変形付与部とを具備するフレーム修正
装置と、フレーム修正装置によつて変形付与され
たサイドメンバ内側の変形部に変形を付与した状
態で板状体を重畳結合する溶接装置とを有する車
