DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a post-formed decorative board used for counters, top plates, doors, etc., and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, when a thermosetting resin decorative board such as melamine resin, diallyl phthalate resin, or polyester resin is bonded to a curved base material such as particle board or plywood and processed into a post-form product, the base material to be curved is used. The present invention relates to a postform processed product and a method for manufacturing the same, characterized in that a recess is provided in the vicinity of the boundary between a flat part and a curved part of a material in parallel to the boundary. The purpose of this is to prevent excess adhesive applied to the flat surface from spilling out onto the curved surface when pressure is applied when bonding the base material and decorative board while the adhesive is wet. It's about doing.

Conventionally, when processing the curved surface of a decorative board, it is common to use a rubber adhesive to bond the decorative board and the base material, but when using a thin decorative board with a thickness of 0.6 mm or less, the back side of the decorative board and There is a drawback that the unevenness of the rubber adhesive spray applied to the base material appears on the surface of the post-formed product through the decorative board, and there is also a drawback that the adhesive performance and heat resistance are poor. Therefore, in such cases, adhesives such as vinyl acetate resin, urea resin, phenol resin, melamine resin, etc. are used for the flat surface, and vinyl acetate resin or acrylic resin is used for the curved surface. Copolymer adhesives such as , etc. are used, and after the flat parts are adhered in advance, the adhesive is applied to the curved parts, and then post-form processing is performed. However, in the above conventional processing method, when bonding the decorative laminate on the flat surface and the base material, the adhesive is in a wet state, so if a large amount of adhesive is applied to the flat surface, the Adhesive overflows onto the curved surface,
Because it hardens, if you bend it in that state, the hardened adhesive on the curved surface often causes blisters and cracks in the decorative board. Therefore, in order to prevent the adhesive applied to the flat surface from overflowing to the curved surface when bonding the decorative laminate on the flat surface and the base material, the amount of adhesive applied to the base material on the flat surface must be adjusted. It has been adjusted empirically. However, due to factors such as uneven thickness of the base material and changes in the viscosity of the adhesive, it is impossible to maintain a constant amount of application. Overflow, blistering and cracking of the decorative board occur, reducing product yield.

The present invention solves these drawbacks, and
A curved surface is provided at one end or both ends of a wooden base material, and an adhesive is applied to a flat surface other than the curved surface, and when a decorative board is attached to the curved surface, the adhesive is applied when pressurized. This system prevents adhesive from adhering to the curved surface by allowing excess material that overflows into the curved surface to flow into a recess provided near the boundary between the flat surface and the curved surface, thereby preventing blisters during bending. This eliminates the occurrence of cracks.

As shown in FIG. 1, the shapes of the recesses provided in the base material of the postform processed product of the present invention are a notch shape a, a recess shape b, a V shape c, and a semicircular arc shape d. The opening of the recess should be kept to a size that does not cause practical problems such as cracking of the decorative board above the recess after the curved surface of the decorative board is processed, and is preferably 2 to 4 mm. The depth of the recess is
Although not particularly limited, it is preferably around 2 mm in consideration of variations in the thickness of the base material, machining accuracy of the recesses, strength of the base material, etc.

The decorative board used in the present invention is a thermosetting resin decorative board made of melamine resin, polyester resin, diallyl phthalate resin, etc., and the thickness etc. are not particularly limited. The base material is particle board, plywood,
Wood-based materials such as hardboard are generally used, but are not particularly limited. Next, the method of attaching the decorative board to the flat surface of the base material is to use a vinyl acetate-based, urea-based, melamine-based, or phenol-based adhesive, and apply hot pressure or cold pressure in a wet state. It is. The applied amount of the adhesive is 87 to 131 g/m 2 in a wet state, and the clamping pressure is 2 to 5 Kg/cm 2
is common. A copolymer adhesive such as vinyl acetate resin or acrylic resin is used for the curved surface part, and after bonding the decorative laminate of the flat part and the base material, the adhesive is applied to both the base material of the curved part and the decorative laminate. After coating by means such as spraying or brushing, a curved surface is processed using a roller-machine bending machine, a vacuum press, etc. to obtain a post-formed product.

That is, according to the present invention, by providing a concave portion in advance in the vicinity of the boundary between the flat portion of the base material to be curved and the curved surface portion in parallel with the boundary, the base material of the flat portion other than the curved surface portion and the decorative board are bonded. The excess adhesive that overflows onto the curved surface when pressure is applied flows into the recess, completely preventing the adhesive from spilling onto the curved surface, and prevents adhesive from being applied to the flat surface. The product yield after curved surface processing of decorative boards can be greatly improved without delicately adjusting the amount.

Vinyl acetate adhesive was applied to the flat surface of this base material using a spreader at a coating amount of 109 g/m 2 to a thickness of 0.6 g/m 2 .
A melamine decorative board with a thickness of 1.0 mm was placed and pressed using a cold pressure bonding press at a pressure of 3 kg/cm 2 for 2 hours to bond the flat base material and the decorative board. Next, a vinyl acetate-acrylic copolymer adhesive is spray applied to the base material of the curved part and the back side of the decorative board, and the curved surface is processed using a roller-machine bending machine to create a post-form process that is free from defects such as cracks and blisters. I got the item.
