(Conventional technology) In recent years, pollution regulations have become increasingly strict, and the number of boilers equipped with denitrification equipment to reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) is rapidly increasing.Denitrification equipment is especially essential for large-capacity coal-fired boilers. It's always no exaggeration. However, in the denitration equipment, ammonia (NH 3 )
Because of this, unreacted ammonia reacts with SO 3 in the exhaust gas to form so-called acidic ammonium sulfate (NH 4
HSO 4 ) is formed, which causes a serious blockage in the downstream air preheater, making it impossible for the boiler plant to continue operating.

Figure 4 shows a system diagram of the boiler plant. 1 is a boiler, 2 is a denitrification device, 3 is an air preheater, 4 is a dust collector, 5 is a desulfurization device, 6 and 7 are blowers, and 8 is a chimney. In some cases, the dust collector 4 is installed between the boiler 1 and the denitrification device 2, but the basic problem is the same. Ammonia NH 3 is injected in front of the denitrification device 2, and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas are reduced through the following reaction.

It is generated around 150-240℃ and has strong adhesive force.

Figure 5 shows the temperature diagram at the boiler outlet. Since the air preheater is normally operated at an inlet gas temperature of 350 to 400 degrees Celsius and an outlet gas temperature of 130 to 150 degrees Celsius, the air preheater passes through the above acidic ammonium sulfate generation region without exception. I will do it. As a result, acidic ammonium sulfate adheres to the inside of the air preheater, and also traps dust in the exhaust gas, forming extremely sticky deposits that eventually clog the heat transfer surface and cause boiler damage. The plant becomes unable to operate continuously.
This necessitates shutting down the unit and cleaning the air preheater to remove deposits, which is a very serious problem.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the present invention also provides a boiler equipped with a denitrification device that is desired to be operated continuously due to its high economic efficiency and low pollution. The purpose is to improve the situation where the air preheater is frequently forced to shut down due to blockage of the air preheater due to acidic ammonium sulfate. (Means for Solving the Problems) To achieve this objective, the present invention provides a structure in which the intermediate temperature element, which is the acidic ammonium sulfate deposition area of the regenerative rotary air preheater, has a sector structure so that it can be easily taken out of the air preheater. This equipment provides an air preheater cleaning device that removes the deposits by pulling out the intermediate temperature element having deposits outside the air preheater and removing the deposits using a dedicated cleaning device, and also by heating the downstream low temperature element. be.

(Embodiment) Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and its structure and operation will be explained. 2 is a view taken along the line A--A in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a detailed view of section B in FIG. 1. 10 is an air preheater main body (hereinafter abbreviated as AH), and 11 is a medium temperature layer element to which acidic ammonium sulfate is attached. The mid-temperature layer element has a radial sector type structure that allows it to be easily pulled out of the AH. The middle temperature layer element 11 is pulled out of the AH by the driving machine 14 while sliding on the pull-out guide rail 13. When the element is pulled out of the AH, the seal cover 12 is closed to keep the AH airtight. Hot water pressurized by the injection pump 15 is injected through the injection nozzle 16 to the drawn out medium-temperature element to wash and remove acidic ammonium sulfate adhering to or clogging the element. Washing water is received by a drain pipe 17 and transferred to a treatment tank by a drain pump 20 through the pipe. The details of the cleaning device are shown in Figure 3, where 18 is a rail plate and 19 is a seal ring, both of which are supplied with cleaning water.
This is to prevent scattering contamination around the AH.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, in order to remove acidic ammonium sulfate attached to AH, the AH must be stopped and the gas temperature lowered.
Since cleaning was performed after cooling to around 150°C, a shutdown period of several days was required, but according to the present invention, only the medium temperature element can be pulled out even during operation (the rotation of the AH is stopped for a very short period of time during extraction). Furthermore, since the adhesion status can be visually checked, cleaning and removal can be carried out reliably. Note that since the low-temperature element located downstream of the sector from which the medium-temperature element has been pulled out will be dried with high-temperature gas, if a sulfuric acid compound has adhered to the low-temperature element, this also has the effect of removing it.
