なるスライダ素子を取付けたことを特徴とする地
下敷設管路用気密栓に係るものである。

ダピンに連結したリンク若しくはスライダピン又
はスライダ斜面に対応する斜面を持つカム板から
なるスライダ素子を取付けたことにより、送りね
じを套管の上方から回転して移動子及びスライダ
素子を上下何れかの方向に移動し、可動パイプの
スライダ受圧部を不動杆及び可動パイプの軸線方
向移動に容易に転換し、それにより弾力栓を締め
付け、外径を拡大して地下敷設管路の気密栓を施
し、若しくは弾力栓の押圧を緩めて前記管路から
脱出させる操作を施すことができるものであつ
て、本発明の構成によりマンホールを持たずハン
ドホールを備えるだけの新施設に対応できる。
