端側を開口としたケースと、上記ケースの一端側
の開口を閉塞するように取付けられたホルダと、
上記ケース内に収容配置されたフイルタエレメン
トと、上記フイルタエレメント及びホルダとの間
に設置され上記流体流入口より流入した流体を選
択的にフイルタエレメントを迂回して流通させ上
記流体流出口より流出させるリリーフバルブと、
を具備してなるフイルタにおいて、上記リリーフ
バルブを、ホルダとの間に隙間を存して配置され
その鍔部をホルダとフイルタエレメントとにより
挟み込まれるとともにホルダ側端部にポートを備
えたキヤツプと、このキヤツプの反ホルダ側に配
置されてキヤツプに嵌め込まれるとともにフイル
タエレメント側にポートを備えたハウジングと、
