A sheathed heater 2 is provided inside the outer tube 1, and the sheathed heater 2 is watertightly brazed to a crown plate 3 which is watertightly brazed to both ends of the outer tube 1. A thermostat 4 for preventing excessive temperature rise is attached to the outer wall of the outer pipe 1, and a water inlet pipe 5 and a hot water outlet pipe 6 are brazed on both sides of the outer pipe 1 in a watertight manner. Further, a pressure switch 7 is installed that senses the water flow and turns on/off the power supply to the sheathed heater 2.

The hot water flows out through the pipe 6 while being heated through the gap between the outer pipe 1 and the sheathed heater 2. In addition, when the pressure switch 7 is out of order and the sheathed heater 2 is in a normal state under abnormal overheating conditions in which water does not flow in from the water inlet pipe 5 and the sheathed heater 2 is in a normal state, the thermostat 4 is activated to stop energizing the sheathed heater 2.

Therefore, when the sheathed heater becomes abnormally heated, the structure is designed to improve heat conduction from the sheathed heater to the sensor attached to the outer wall.

サーモで外管9の外壁に接して取付けてある。 In Fig. 2, 10 is a sheathed heater and an outer tube 9
It is installed inside the outer tube 9 and is watertightly brazed to the crown plate 11 which is watertightly brazed at both ends of the outer tube 9. The water inlet pipe 13 and the hot water outlet pipe 14 are watertightly brazed on both sides of the outer pipe. 8 is a wire rod formed in a helical shape from the vicinity of the water inlet pipe 13 to the vicinity of the hot water outlet pipe 14 while being in contact with the outer wall of the sheathed heater 10 and the inner wall of the outer pipe 9. Reference numeral 4 denotes a thermostat that stops electricity supply when the sheathed heater 10 becomes abnormally heated, and is attached in contact with the outer wall of the outer tube 9.

の水路を加熱されながら出湯管14へ向う。 The effects of the above configuration will be explained below. For example, if the pressure switch 15 malfunctions, the water inlet pipe 1
In the event of abnormal overheating, such as when the sheathed heater 10 is in an energized state with no water flowing in from the sheathed heater 3 , the heat of the sheathed heater 10 is transmitted to the outer tube 9 via the wire 8 and then to the thermostat 12 . On the other hand, under normal conditions, when the operating pot (not shown) is first opened, the water flowing in from the water inlet pipe 13 heats the helical water channel formed by the inner wall of the outer pipe 9, the outer surface of the sheathed heater 10, and the wire rod 8. Heading towards the hot water tap 14 while doing so.

の局部加熱がなくヒータ寿命が長くなる。 As described above, according to this embodiment, the sheathed heater 1
0 At the time of abnormal heating, heat is transferred to the thermostat 12 via the wire 8.
Since the heat transfer is fast, an abnormal temperature rise in the sheathed heater 10 is detected quickly, and the power supply to the sheathed heater 10 is stopped, so that disconnection of the sheathed heater 10 and ignition of the main body case can be prevented.
Under normal conditions, the water channel inside the outer tube 9 has a helical shape, increasing the number of heat flow paths and increasing the heat dissipation area, resulting in improved thermal efficiency. In addition, electric instantaneous water heaters are required to have high wattage and be compact, and such long tube-shaped heat exchangers are bent to fit into the case. However, since the sheathed heater 10 and the outer wall of the outer tube 9 do not come into contact with each other and the flow path shape remains the same as before processing, the sheathed heater 10
There is no local heating and the heater life is extended.

の発火等を未然に防ぐことができる。(1) The helical wire between the outer tube and the sheathed heater transfers the heat of the sheathed heater to the outer tube, so when the sheathed heater becomes abnormally heated, the sensor attached to the outer wall of the outer tube will quickly turn off the sheathed heater. Since the sensor detects a temperature rise and stops energizing the sheathed heater, it is possible to prevent disconnection of the sheathed heater and ignition of the main body case.
