に差し込み、鍔縁25を瓶28の口部29の内周
面に当接させて装着されるもので、瓶28の内容
液が瓶28の外側に沿って流下するのを防止でき
るものである。 ところで、前記公報に記載の差込材27にあつ
ては、これを瓶口部に装着する場合、蓋22と別
に装着しなければならない不満があつた。 そこで本考案者は、同様の機能を有し、しかも
蓋22と一緒に瓶口部に装着できるキヤツプ用ガ
スケツトを実開昭57−186357号公報で提案した。 第6図に示すように、このガスケツト42は、
鍔縁25の外方にブリツジ40を介して環状部材
41を設けたものである。このガスケツト42に
おいては、第7図に示すように、蓋22の内側に
ガスケツト42の環状部材41をはめ込み、蓋2
2と一体化した状態で瓶の口部に装着できる。 しかしながら、このような蓋22とガスケツト
42とが一体化されたものをキヤツピングマシー
ンによつて瓶口部に装着すると、キヤツピング不
良が多い問題が生じた。 本考案者らがこの問題を調査したところ、この
キヤツピング不良の原因はキヤツプリリース工程
でガスケツト42の筒部24が瓶口部にうまく入
らないためであることが判明した。 即ち、周知のキヤツピングマシーンには、第8
図に示すような、キヤツプリリース機構43が設
けられており、ここに斜めに保持された蓋22が
移動する瓶44の口部に引つ掛けられて瓶44の
口部に被せられるようになつている。ところが、
前記ガスケツト42が蓋22内に取り付けられて
いると、ガスケツト42が瓶口部の上端面に乗つ
てしまい、蓋22が瓶口部に十分深く被さらない
場合がある。これが前記キヤツピング不良の原因
であつた。 この問題を解決するために、本考案者らは、先
に実願昭60−98981号(実開昭62−6252号公報)
により、第1図に示す構造を有するポアリツプキ
ヤツプを提案した際に、中栓部材2の下部に一つ
の工夫を施した。 先に提案したポアリツプキヤツプ(以下、単に
キヤツプと略称する。)は、円筒状の筒部1aお
よびこの筒部1aの上部開口を閉じる頂板部1b
からなる金属製のキヤツプシエル1と、このキヤ
ツプシエル1内に収められ上記キヤツプシエル1
が装着される容器の口部に嵌め合わされてその容
器の注ぎ口を形成する合成樹脂製の中栓部材2と
からなるものである。上記キヤツプシエル1の筒
部1aには、頂板部1bから若干間隔をもち、か

ツプでは、第2周部11の外径が前記の範囲に設
定されているので、第2周部11、テーパ部10
および第1周部9の部分は座屈することなく、成
形金型から容易に離間する。 次に、キヤツプシエル1の頂板部1b上にイン
シエルモールド装置などを用いてライナー3を設
け、このキヤツプシエル1の内部に上記の成形方
法により得られた中栓部材2を嵌着するようにし
てキヤツプKを組み立てる。この際、中栓部材2
の下端を押してキヤツプシエル1に押し込む。す
ると中栓部材2のリング部4がキヤツプシエル1

リツプキヤツプによれば、キヤツプシエルへの中
