Claims (1)
- ブレーキドラムと、このブレーキドラムの表面
に圧接されるブレーキシユーを備えたエレベータ
巻上機用電極ブレーキを含んで成り、この電極ブ
レーキの制動力により乗かごを着床させるように
したエレベータ装置において、前記ブレーキドラ
ム表面温度を検出する温度センサと、前記電極ブ
レーキを囲繞する雰囲気湿度を検出する湿度セン
サとを設け、前記温度センサと湿度センサにより
前記ドラム表面に結露を生じると判定されたとき
、前記巻上機を起動させてエレベータを無負荷運
転させるようにしたことを特徴とするエレベータ
装置。
