この考案は内燃機関に使用されるスロツトルバ

(従来技術)
従来スロツトルバルブ開度センサはスロツトル
バルブの開度検出部を備えた基板と、スロツトル
バルブの回動に連動して回動するロータと、この
ロータを回動可能に支持し、かつ前記基板を収納
するハウジングと、このハウジングに取り付けら
れ前記基板を密封するパツキングと、前記ロータ
に取り付けられ、前記開度検出部に対して摺動す
る接点とから構成されている。そしてセンサの基
板収納部を密封するために樹脂の充填剤を使用す
るかあるいはゴムパツキング等で基板をハウジン
グに固定しさらに接着剤を塗布して気密性を持た

(問題点を解決するための手段)
上記の課題を解決するためこの考案は、スロツ
トルバルブの開度検出部を備えた基板と、スロツ
トルバルブの回動に連動して回動するロータと、
このロータを回動可能に支持し、かつ前記基板を
収納するハウジングと、このハウジングに取り付
けられ前記基板を密封するパツキングと、前記ロ
ータに取り付けられ、前記開度検出部に対して摺
動する接点とからなり、この接点の摺動によりス
ロツトルバルブの開度を検出するスロツトルバル
ブ開度センサにおいて、前記パツキングは基板を
押圧する部分と、その外側おいてハウジングに密
着するOリング状の突起部とを有し、パツキング
の外側にはパツキングの基板押え部と突起部とを
内方に押圧するカバーがハウジングに設けられて

(実施例の説明)

板、2はロータ、3はハウジング、4は外部連結
レバーである。ハウジング3にはロータ2のシヤ
フト5を回転自在に支持する軸受が設けられてお
り、ロータ2には2対の接点9,10が取り付け
られている。基板1は同基板に接点9,10が接
触するようにハウジング3に位置決めされてい
る。基板1には電力供給用及び信号出力用のリー
ド線を接続するための端子11,12,13,1
4が接続されている。ロータ2はハウジング3の
軸受部に取りつけられその外部連結レバー4はリ
ターンスプリング6を介してハウジング3により
回転を拘束されている。ロータ2と外部連結レバ

と集電体15bとからなり、アイドル位置検出部
16は導体16aと集電体16bとからなつてい

れて基板を確実にハウジングに押し付けるので気
密性は長期に亘り確実に保持されるとともに作業
が容易となり、コストダウンを招く効果を有して

グは基板を押圧する押え部と、その外側に設け
た、ハウジングに密着するOリング状の突起部と
を有し、パツキングの外側にはパツキングの基板
押え部と突起部とを内方に押圧するカバーがハウ
ジングに設けられていることを特徴とするスロツ
