する場合は、暖房運転スイツチを投入し、膨張タ
ンクに水を注入し、膨張タンクに具備しているフ

せて、水張りを行なうが、この時バーナ側も着火
動作を行なうため、ガス栓を開いておれば、バー
ナに着火する。しかし、熱交換器を通る水は、ま
だまだ空気を混合しており、循環がスムーズにな
つていないため、熱交換器内でふつとうしたり、
バーナが点滅したりする事がおこる。又、ガス栓
を閉じていれば、着火動作をするもバーナに着火
しないため、コントローラが着火不良という異常
検出を行ない、器具全体を停止させる事になるの
で、電源リセツトを行ない、再度、異常検出によ
り器具が停止する迄水張りを行ない、停止すれ
ば、又、リセツトをおこなうという事を繰返す必
要があり、これらの理由で、暖房水回路の水張り
に手間がかかるという欠点があつた。

続されている。又、サーミスタ3には常開のリレ
ー接点19が直列接続されている。15,18は
リレーで、水張りスイツイ12の入力によりON
されるリレー15はリレー接点16を閉成駆動
し、暖房運転スイツチ13の入力によりONされ
るリレー18はリレー接点19を閉成すると同時
にリレー接点20を開成駆動するものである。リ
レー15、リレー接点16、抵抗17で疑似出湯
温出力手段Aを構成している。

され、出湯サーミスタの検出温度が85℃でバーナ
消火、70℃以下で再着火というバーナON−OFF
制御をおこなうわけであるが、ここで抵抗17を
70℃を越えるサーミスタの抵抗値(たとえば80℃
の抵抗値)に等しくしておけば、接点16が入る
ことにより、制御部は、着火動作を行なわず、フ
ロートスイツチ7のON−OFFに連動された循環
ポンプの運転のみ行なわれる為、暖房水回路の水
張りが容易に可能となる。水張りが完了すれば再
度水張りスイツチ12を押し、リレー15を
OFFさせリレー接点16を開いておく。ところ
で水張りスイツチ12の解除を忘れた場合、リレ
ー接点16が閉成したままになる。しかし暖房運
転スイツチ13の投入によりリレー18がONす
るとリレー接点20が開くので、サーミスタ制御
回路22へはサーミスタ3のみが接続されること
となり何ら支障はない。

用の第1のリレーと運転スイツチ用の第2のリレ
ーとが接続され、第1のリレーは第1のリレーが
ONすると閉じる接点と抵抗により疑似出湯温出
力手段を構成し、疑似出湯温出力手段はバーナ等
の負荷を制御するサーミスタ制御回路と接続さ
れ、疑似出湯温出力手段とサーミスタ制御回路と
の間には第2のリレーがONすると開となる接点
を設けたので、水張りスイツチをONすることに
より制御部において着火動作に入らないように疑
似出湯温出力手段により出湯温検出を疑似的に変
える事により、ポンプのみがフロートスイツチの
ON−OFFと連動されて運転されるので、暖房水
回路の水張りが容易に行えるという効果が生じ
た。
