伝達静特性を示す特性線図である。第３図は従来
のプツシユプル型電源装置の構成を示す回路図で
ある。第４図は従来のプツシユプル型電源装置に
おいて並列制御素子として用いたＰＮＰトランジ
スタのエミツタ接地伝達静特性を示す特性線図で
ある。 １……入力端子、２……ＮＰＮトランジスタ（
直列制御素子）、３……出力端子、５……電界効
果トランジスタ（並列制御素子）、１０……検出
制御部。

    ル型電源装置。
