  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被検出物の有無に応じた検出信号を出力す
    る検出センサ回路と、前記検出信号が入力される
    短絡保護機能を有するＮＰＮ出力回路およびこの
    ＮＰＮ出力回路に連動してオン／オフする別のス
    イツチング出力回路と、を一体にしたＩＣを含み
    、ＮＰＮ出力回路または別のスイツチング出力回
    路の出力に応じて負荷装置の電流路を開閉する検
    出スイツチの出力装置において、 負荷装置とＮＰＮ出力回路との間に接続され、
    負荷装置に規定値を越える電流が流れた際に規定
    値との差分の電流をＮＰＮ出力回路に導くリミツ
    タ回路と、別のスイツチング出力回路の出力の有
    無に基づいてリミツタ回路をオン／オフするスイ
    ツチング回路と、 を設けたことを特徴とする検出スイツチの出力装
    置。 (2) 前記別のスイツチング出力回路が、ＰＮＰ
    出力回路である請求項(1)記載の検出スイツチの
    出力装置。
