(Problem to be solved by the invention) These concrete blocks are stacked with joints between adjacent ones on the top, bottom, left and right, and in this case reinforcing reinforcing bars c are installed in advance, and when the blocks are stacked to an appropriate height, Fresh concrete is poured into the space and hardened, and the blocks in the upper and lower tiers are shifted to create a so-called brick-laying type, and the blocks are aligned vertically and horizontally without shifting the positions of the upper and lower blocks. However, in the case of the latter stacking, the connecting parts of the left and right blocks in each stage are continuous in a straight line in the vertical direction, so there is a risk of breakage in the stack at the vertical connecting parts. be.

In the case of the embodiment shown in Fig. 5 above, after assembling the reinforcing bars c in advance as shown in Fig. 6, the reinforcing bars c can be sandwiched and connected in the left and right direction one by one to form a brick pile. The work efficiency is good, and sufficient strength can be obtained because of the reinforcing steel c.
Narrow portions and wide portions are created alternately between the web shells b and b of the blocks connected on the left and right, and the narrow portion between the upper and lower web shells is located in the middle of the wide width portion in the state of brickwork. In the vertical relationship, the wide part is closed off by the narrow part, so although the reinforcing concrete is poured from the top using the space that communicates with the top and bottom, it is impossible to pour it into the bottom, and When both ends of the block are grasped during handling during transportation, the breakage rate is high, especially since the face shell a is long and loose at the ends. In addition, the web shell B was unevenly arranged, and the strength was generally non-uniform.

In addition, in the case of the block shown in FIG. 7, connecting the blocks one step at a time in the left and right direction with the reinforcing bars c assembled in advance requires the reinforcing bars c to be located in the central space of the block. There is no way to position the reinforcing bars c in the central space other than inserting blocks from the upper end, and therefore it is impossible to lay them side by side in the left and right direction and build up brickwork one step at a time. In order to stack the blocks after assembly, they must be stacked in stages as shown in Figure 8A, and in this case reinforcing bars C are provided, but as mentioned above, the left and right block connections in each stage are in a straight line in the vertical direction. Therefore, the vertical joint becomes a weak point that is prone to breakage, and there is a risk that the vertical joint will break when, for example, vibration is applied during pouring of fresh concrete. Reinforcement work, for example, requires reinforcement from the outside after stacking.

Therefore, in order to prevent the weakening caused by the vertical joints mentioned above, in order to stack the blocks in a brick-like manner, as shown in Figure 8B, it is necessary to stack the blocks without applying reinforcing bars, and then insert reinforcing bars for reinforcement. In this case as well, there was a problem in that it required a lot of effort to insert the reinforcing bars and to connect their lengths.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention eliminates the disadvantages of the above-mentioned conventional methods, has strength to withstand handling, and can be stacked in the form of brickwork with strength in the lateral direction, with reinforcing bars assembled in advance. Furthermore, the pouring of fresh concrete after stacking is smooth, and one end of the face shell in the length direction has mechanical strength and is less prone to breakage due to handling. In a structure in which the shells are integrally connected by two web shells with a space between them, one web shell is positioned approximately 1/8 length inward from one end of the length of the face shell, and the other web shell is positioned inward from one end of the length of the face shell. It is characterized by being provided at approximately 3/8 position from the other end of the shell.

(Function) The concrete block according to the present invention has the length direction of the face shell alternately arranged in reverse for each stage, so that even after assembling reinforcing bars c in advance, the blocks of the upper and lower stages can be roughly 1/4 The web shells b can be stacked up by shifting their positions, so that they can be stacked like brickwork, and the web shells b are generally evenly arranged, and the space created by the spacing between the web shells b is also uniform and wide, and the height of the web shells b can be adjusted as necessary. By making the height lower than the height of the face shell a, reinforcing bars c can also be inserted laterally as shown in FIG.

A is a pair of face shells, which are connected together by two web shells b and b with an interval between them to form a block, and in the illustrated example, the height of web shell b is higher than the height of face shell a. The lower part is shown, and the horizontal reinforcing bar c is installed using the lower part.
As shown in Fig. 1, one web shell b is provided at a position of 1/8 length inward from one end of the length of face shell a, and the other web shell b is face ciel a
The web shell b is provided at a position of 3/8 length inward from the other end of the web shell b, so that the center distance between the web shells b and b is 1/2 of the length of the face shell a.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, the position of the web shell that connects a pair of face shells is set at a fixed dimension position, that is, one web shell is located approximately 1/8 length inward from one end of the block, and the other web shell is located at a position of approximately 1/8 length inward from one end of the block. Since the web shell is provided at a position approximately 3/8 length inward from the other end of the web shell, the length direction is alternately reversed for each stage and the web shell is combined and stacked to make the web shell uniform throughout. After the blocks have been placed and the reinforcing bars have been assembled in advance, they can be stacked like brickwork, and the fresh concrete can be poured smoothly after the stacking, and the web shell at one end of the block is provided close to the end. Therefore, if the end portions are held in place during handling, the end portions of the face shell will not be damaged and will be easily transported and handled.
