にそれぞれ第１固定片６及び第２固定片７をボル
ト１３により固定するものである。また第１５図
に示すようにバルコニー側大引２を沿わせる側の
梁１ａの側面に対して他方の梁１a′の端面部を突
き合わせて接続したものの場合には端面を突き合
わせた方の梁１a′の端部中央に設けた縦片１２に
第２固定片７を重ねてボルト１３により固着する
ものである。また第１６図のようにバルコニー側
大引２を沿わせる側の梁１ａの端部を他方の梁１
a′の端面部に突き合わせて接続したものの場合に
はバルコニー側大引２を沿わせる方の梁１ａの端
部中央に設けた縦片１２に第１固定片６を重ねて
ボルト１３により固着するものである。このよう

定片７のいずれかを選択して固定するものであ

を連結金具１０の他の一片に固着することで取り
付けるものである。この場合、複数個の連結孔９
ｂのうち任意の連結孔９ｂを選択することで位置
調整ができるものである。バルコニー側大引２の
他端部にバルコニー側大引２の長手方向に対して
直角に折り返して形成した前面梁用連結片８には
断面コ字状をした鋼材よりなるバルコニー前面梁
３の端部がボルトを用いて接続してある（第３
図、第１１図参照）。一方入隅部分を構成する２
壁面のうち他方の壁の構造材１から直角にバルコ
ニー片持梁４が突設してあり（第６図、第９図、
第１０図参照）、このバルコニー片持梁４の先端
部に前面梁３の他端部をＬ型の連結金具３０を介
して接続してある。ここで中間のバルコニー片持
梁４のうち任意のものは第１０図に示すように梁
１a′から突設した上下高さの短いものを用いる。
バルコニー側大引２の他端部のバルコニー支柱取
付け部１１には入隅バルコニー支柱１５の下部か
ら側方に突設した固定片部１５ａをボルト１３に
より固定して入隅バルコニー支柱１５を立設して
ある。またバルコニー片持梁４の先端にはバルコ
ニー支柱１６の下部から後方に突設した固定片部
１６ａがボルト１３により固定してバルコニー支
柱１６を立設してある。バルコニー片持梁４の上
面及びバルコニー側大引２の上面部にバルコニー
床パネル５を載設してあり、バルコニー片持梁
４、バルコニー側大引２のフランジにパネル止め
金具１７の下部のはめ込み用溝をはめ込むととも
にパネル止め金具１７の上部を釘によりバルコニ
ー床パネル５に固着してある。入隅バルコニー支
柱１５の上端部及びバルコニー支柱１６の上端部
には継ぎ材取付け部１５ｂ，１６ｂが設けてあ
り、この継ぎ材取付け部１５ｂ，１６ｂに継ぎ材
１８を架設して固定してある。そして、この継ぎ
材１８とバルコニー前面梁３とを利用して第８図
