させ、合成ゴムまたはそれと均等の材質で作られ

上記環状縁１０の外周面に圧合させると共に外周
縁を前記支持座８に圧入し、中央に吸込孔１２を
有するサクシヨンカバーの上面周辺部を前記周壁
