受光信号を取出す交信モード及び無バイアス状態
で光信号による起電力のみで受光信号を取出す待
機モードの切換えを行なうための切換手段とを具
備し、前記切換手段は、常には前記フオトダイオ
ードに対して前記待機モードに設定し受光信号が
検出されるとこれに基づいて交信モードに切換え
