用いたワツフルスラブ施工法に関し、コンクリー
ト打設個所からワツフル芯の除去を容易にした施
工法である。

芯を空洞形成用として設置しておきコンクリート
打設を行なつていた。特にワツフル芯としては、
取扱い上軽量で至便な発泡ポリスチレン等の合成
樹脂発泡体によるものを用いるようになつてきた
が、コンクリート打設後にワツフル芯を切断除去
するのではなく、再使用可能な状態で離脱除去す
ることが経済性の点からも要求されてきた。

芯WとコンクリートCとの間に少しでも隙間があ
ると圧縮空気が逃げて離脱がうまくできない欠点
があり、後者の場合、ワツフル芯Wの一部が割れ
て引張装置52との連結部分と共に外れたりする
ことが多く、ワツフル芯Wを再使用可能な状態で
離脱させることが難しいものであつた。

からなる被覆体10の部分での弾性的な収縮にて
上記コンクリート収縮力に対処でき、ワツフル芯
Wは従来の工法に比べはるかに取除き易いものと
なる。

ト打設するので、打設後におけるコンクリートの
収縮力を被覆体部分で対応でき、ワツフル芯Wの
取除きが非常に簡単に行なえることにあり、ワツ
フル芯Wが割れたりすることなく充分再使用が可
能な状態で回収できることになり、作業性が向上
するだけでなく、経済性の点でも非常に利点があ
る施工法となる。
