[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a composite lightweight concrete plate used mainly for the exterior walls and partitions of simple buildings such as storerooms. [Prior art] External walls, partitions, and
Lightweight concrete plates made of lightweight aerated concrete are used for floors, etc., which are light, easy to process, and have excellent heat insulation properties, but because they are brittle, they have the disadvantage that corners are easily chipped due to impacts during construction. Ta. In addition, lightweight concrete plates are coated with air entraining agents (AE).
It is made of lightweight aerated concrete with a large amount of air bubbles mixed in using a foaming agent or a foaming agent, and because it is a porous material, it has water absorption properties, so it is not necessarily satisfactory for use as the exterior wall of outdoor storage sheds, etc. It wasn't something. Therefore, a composite lightweight concrete board has been proposed in which ordinary mortar is cast on one surface of the lightweight concrete board and cured to harden, but the drying shrinkage and thermal expansion coefficient between the mortar layer and the lightweight concrete board The difference was large, and both were easy to peel off. [Problems to be solved by the invention] This invention is a composite material that has a mortar layer and a lightweight aerated concrete layer that are firmly bonded together, is lightweight, has excellent workability and heat insulation properties, and has sufficient strength and reduced water absorption. The purpose is to provide lightweight concrete plates. [Means for solving the problem] The composite lightweight concrete board of the present invention does not contain air bubbles and has a specific gravity of 1.0 to 1.0 containing porous lightweight aggregate powder.
It consists of a mortar layer with a specific gravity of 1.6 and a lightweight cellular concrete layer with a specific gravity of 0.6 to 0.8 integrally formed on at least one surface of the mortar. [Function] Conventionally known normal mortar has a specific gravity of approximately 2.3, but the mortar layer of the present invention does not contain air bubbles caused by AE agents, etc., and contains porous materials such as perlite and vermiculite in addition to cement and silica powder. The specific gravity is adjusted to 1.0 to 1.6 by containing high-quality lightweight aggregate powder, and by adjusting the specific gravity within this range, the specific gravity
Provides strong adhesion with lightweight aerated concrete layers of 0.6-0.8. In addition, the mortar layer does not contain air bubbles, and powdered porous lightweight aggregate is added to reduce the weight, so compared to lightweight cellular concrete with a similar specific gravity, porous lightweight aggregate is not included. Water absorption is significantly reduced by the bubble-free mortar that binds the powder. Therefore, even when used as an exterior wall, sufficient water resistance can be obtained by constructing with the mortar layer on the outside. If the specific gravity of the mortar layer is less than 1.0, the strength of the composite lightweight concrete plate will not be sufficiently improved, and even if it does not contain air bubbles, the amount of porous lightweight aggregate powder will increase, so there will be little decrease in water absorption. This is because, if it exceeds, the difference in the amount of drying shrinkage, thermal conductivity, etc. between the mortar layer and the lightweight cellular concrete layer becomes large, and peeling and warping are likely to occur during curing. In order to further improve the adhesion between the lightweight cellular concrete layer and the mortar layer, after pouring mortar with the above specific gravity into the formwork, smooth the surface with a comb-shaped spatula etc. to make it rough. Allow the mortar to stand for about 2 to 3 hours to start the hydration reaction of the cement before pouring lightweight aerated concrete.
And/or it is preferable to leave the lightweight aerated concrete for about 20 hours after pouring it and gradually strengthen it until it reaches a handleable state (compressive strength of about 5 kg/cm 2 ). [Example] As shown in Figure 2a, mortar 2 with a specific gravity of 1.20 is placed in the formwork 1 with the composition shown in Table 1 below.
After leveling the mortar 2 by applying vibration to the mortar 2, the surface was roughened with a comb-shaped spatula to form a rough surface 3.

[Table] After placing the mortar 2 and leaving it for about 2 to 3 hours, as shown in Figure 2b, lightweight aerated concrete 4 with a specific gravity of 0.75 was poured on the uncured mortar 2 with the following composition. After leaving it for about 20 hours, formwork 1 was removed and cured in an autoclave.

According to the present invention, it is light and has excellent workability and heat insulation properties, has sufficient strength to prevent breakage during construction, has reduced water absorption due to the mortar layer that does not contain air bubbles, and has a tightly adhered mortar layer. It is possible to easily provide a composite lightweight concrete plate consisting of a lightweight aerated concrete layer and a lightweight aerated concrete layer.
