切断物を受け部材上に押える押え部材が設けられ
移送装置とを具備した構成とされ、切断刃の刃先
に対する被切断物の移送速度を適当にして、切断
刃が、往復移動の折返し点の近くにおいては、後
退して被切断物の切断部位から離れ、また折返し
点を通過して移動速度が十分に高まつたところ
で、被切断物の切断部位に再び接してこれを引き
切りするようにできるので、切断刃に鋭い切れ味
を発揮させ、切断面を綺麗にして、商品価値を高
めることができる。
